Este día lunes por la tarde salí a visitar a unos amigos que viven cerca de las orillas del río Orinoco en Tucupita Estado Delta Amacuro y como no podía ser se otra manera decidimos recordar viejos tiempos haciendo un poco de sombra de combate, practicando algunas técnicas y jugando un poco como los niños guerreros que fuimos.

Sigo con la convicción y voluntad de recuperar mis aptitudes físicas y ponerme en forma nuevamente pero lo que hicimos está tarde más que un entrenamiento fue acto totalmente liberador y hasta espiritual. Nos divertimos como hace muchos tiempo no lo hacíamos junto al majestuoso río que nos vio reír, caer, levantarnos y golpearlos con puños y patadas de hermandad.
El vídeo que les traigo hoy es una recopilación de algunos de los momentos buenos que viví hoy, un resumen de lo que soy y de lo que es mi país.

This Monday afternoon I went out to visit some friends who live near the banks of the Orinoco River in Tucupita Delta Amacuro State and how could it be otherwise we decided to remember old times doing some shadow fighting, practicing some techniques and playing a little like the warrior children we were.

I still have the conviction and will to recover my physical aptitudes and get in shape again but what we did this afternoon more than a training was a totally liberating and even spiritual act. We had fun as we haven't had for a long time by the majestic river that saw us laugh, fall, get up and beat them with fists and kicks of brotherhood.
The video I bring you today is a compilation of some of the good moments I lived today, a summary of who I am and what my country is.
