    A continuación les comentaré los ejercicios que realice, tomando en cuenta que aún no me salen del todo bien, espero cada día seguir mejorando, seguir creciendo en este ámbito y mostrarle más adelante mi progreso. Me sentí bien en mi primer entrenamiento ya que estaba rodeada de las personas que me motivaron a entrenar, más otras personas que están entrenando en el parque, quienes me guiaban, explicación y me correguian muy amablemente, definitivamente un increíble ambiente para entrenar.
    • El entrenamiento costo de 6 ejercicios
    • El primero: australian con agarre prono cerrado.
    • El segundo: australian con agarre prono abierto.
    • El tercero: Corandips en barra.
    • El cuarto: reventa cráneo.
    • El quinto: flexiones elevadas con inclinación de 5° para principiantes.
    • El sexto: australian invertida con agarre prono.
    Next I will tell you about the exercises I did, taking into account that I still don't get it right, I hope every day to keep improving, keep growing in this area and show you later my progress. I felt good in my first workout because I was surrounded by people who motivated me to train, plus other people who are training in the park, who guided me, explanation and corrected me very kindly, definitely an incredible environment to train.
    • The training cost 6 exercises
    • The first one: australian with closed prone grip.
    • The second one: Australian with open prone grip.
    • The third one: Corandips on bar.
    • The fourth one: skull burst.
    • The fifth: elevated push-ups with 5° inclination for beginners.
    • Sixth: inverted australian with prone grip.
