Delegation APR - For @thisisawesome - Around 28% - 32%

In this video I talk about @thisisawesome, which is a manual curation project run by myself and Team Awesome.

Now before we start, this is not financial advice, and you should always do your own research before investing, and also do your own calculations on these numbers that I present.

So just over a week ago Zoltan, @ph1102, asked me to calculate the APR for delegations to @thisisawesome, and until now I have not really had the time to do that.

But today I took the time to do it, and I have calculated it from week 37 to 40, since that is when we started with the latest plan for the payout to delegators, which is also part of the posting of the Awesome Weekly Spotlight, and week 41 will be paid out later today, and the APR for that will be included in the post that will also be made later today.

Delegators are paid out in Hive and in CTP tokens, and for Hive they get all liquid earnings, plus all of the weekly power down income, we make a new power down every 13 weeks.

Before week 37 we used to take 70% of the weekly power down and use it to lease HP on Dlease, while the other 30% was paid out to organic delegators, and many of those leases are still ongoing, accounting for just under 3k HP right now, all leases has been made for 18 weeks and will gradually expire over time.

For CTP tokens, 50% of the weekly earnings are paid out to delegators, while the other 50% is staked, and I myself do not get a payout in CTP tokens since I own the account, I do however get a payout in Hive since that is continuously powered down.

Here is the calculations that I made today, and do note that I did not account for myself not getting any CTP tokens, so the actual APR is most likely even higher than this.
