The Beatles - Creative Acrylic Painting on Banknotes [ENG-ESP]

Hello dear friends, I hope you are well, today I want to share what would be the end of a work that I started last week, I made a complete painting with the members of the Beatles: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo. . I had only done the John Lennon one and since I liked the result, I set to work to finish them all completely, each bill has a face and I chose a photograph of the band's legendary last album called Let It Be. Without a doubt I can say that it is one of the works done on banknotes that has impressed me the most and it is a pleasure for me to be able to share it with you, I hope you like it. Let's get started!

Hola queridos amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, hoy quiero compartir lo que seria el final de un trabajo que inicié la semana pasada, hice un cuadro completo con los integrantes de los Beatles: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison y Ringo estar. Solo había hecho el de John Lennon y como me gustò el resultado, puse manos a la obra para terminarlos todos completos, cada billete lleva un rostro y escogí una fotografía del mítico ultimo disco de la banda llamado Let It Be. Sin duda puedo decir que es uno de los trabajos realizados en billete que mas me ha impresionado y es un gusto para mi poder compartirlos con ustedes, espero les guste. Comencemos!

As I mentioned before, my previous post had been about John Lennon so here I continued with George Harrison, my favorite Beatle. I painted the bill with white paint and on it, I drew Harrison's face, which I then painted with primers capable of pastel tones. Here in these paintings I used the mixture without water because I wanted the texture of the brushstroke to be noticeable despite the small size of each face.

Como mencioné antes, mi publicación anterior había sido de John Lennon por lo que aquí seguí con George Harrison, mi beatle favorito. Pinté el billete con pintura blanca y sobre él, dibujé el rostro de Harrison que luego fui pintando con unas primeras capaz de tonos pasteles. Aquí en estas pinturas utilicé la mezcla sin agua porque quería que la textura de la pincelada se notara a pesar del pequeño tamaño de cada rostro.

Next I was doing the details, such as the hair, eyes and her huge smile, I am doing everything with a fine brush and darker tones, mixing coffee with dark blue, and in some cases the color black. Here you can see how the two faces looked.

Seguidamente fui haciendo los detalles, como el cabello, ojos y su enorme sonrisa, todo lo voy haciendo con un fino pincel y tonos más oscuros, mezclando el café con azul oscuro, y en algunos casos el color negro. Aquí pueden ver como iban los dos rostros.

Then it was Paul's turn, John's creative rival in terms of songwriting, that's why Harrison was my favorite Beatle, because the balance of the band rested on him and when it was his turn to show his lyrics and creations everyone was impressed.

Luego le tocó el turno a Paul, el rival creativo de John en cuanto a la composición de las canciones, por eso Harrison era mi beatle favorito, porque en él descansaba el equilibrio de la banda y cuando le tocó mostrar sus letras y creaciones todos quedaron impresionados.

Can you see what the detail of each brushstroke looks like? It is something that I wanted to achieve and I think it looks very good, the paint does not have to be blurred so much and left free with its texture, this is what I was pursuing with these paintings, I feel that it is an improvement in my painting technique.

Pueden observar como se ve el detalle de cada pincelada? es algo que quería lograr y pienso que se ve muy bien, la pintura no hay que difuminarla tanto y dejarla libre con su textura, es lo que perseguía con estos cuadros, siento que es una mejora en mi técnica de pintura.

Finally I painted the great Ringo Starr following the same technique, and I say great because he was underrated in his time behind the drumsticks, owner of a great technique on the drums, the Beatles' songs had part of his magic. He was almost always out of the focus of the cameras, who always pointed to the leaders John and Paul.

Por último pinté al gran Ringo Starr siguiendo con la misma técnica, y digo gran porque fue infravalorado en su tiempo detrás de las baquetas, dueño de una gran técnica en la batería, las canciones de los beatles tuvieron parte de su magia. Casi siempre estuvo fuera del foco de las cámaras, quienes apuntaban siempre a los líderes John y Paul.

This is how all my work has turned out, the truth is I have been impressed, I can't wait to buy an appropriate frame and frame it, I want to have it in my living room. Each of the bills was painted seeking realism and at the same time imprinting my painting style. Although they are small presentations, you can see the trace of the brush. Así es como ha quedado todo mi trabajo, la verdad he quedado impresionado, no veo el momento de poder compar un marco apropiado y enmarcarlo, quiero tenerlo en la sala de mi casa. Cada uno de los billetes fue pintado buscando el realismo y a la vez imprimiendole mi estilo de pintar, si bien son presentaciones pequeñas, puede apreciarse el rastro del pincel.
