Sin duda alguna ha sido unos de los mejores fines de semana que he tenido, sino el mejor de todos hasta el día de hoy. Básicamente por dos razones, la primera es, el día sábado 18 de Junio se realizó el Hive Creators Day en mi ciudad natal y donde actualmente resido, “BARQUISIMETO” y la segunda razón ha sido que el día domingo celebré mi cumpleaños. Ahora bien, en este post les hablaré de la primera razón… Ya de mi cumpleños lo dejamos para otro post.

Hablando expresamente del evento, debo decir que fue algo fabuloso. Acá en Barquisimeto en verdad añoramos tener un evento como este, no solo por el contacto con otros hivers, que realmente es algo crucial, ya que de ese modo hemos trascendido lo virtual, cosa que sigue reafirmando mi pensamiento de concebir a Hive como la única plataforma actualmente la única red social donde lo humano se impone frente a lo virtual. Hay que agradecer a todo el equipo de @hivecreatorsday porque han podido brindarnos un espacio súper significativo. Ahora bien, vamos por parte. Porque siento que viví una experiencia completa, llena de aprendizaje y de contacto humano como dije más allá de lo virtual.

Por ser pareja de @zullyscott Host del evento, viví muy de cerca los preparativos y apoyé en ello, y fue alucinante como se fue orquestando todo de una manera muy fluida y por esa razón ya iba sintiendo las buenas vibras del evento. Algo que debo confesar me causaba intriga era saber quién vendría, y fue para mí fue algo asombroso que vinieran @enrique89, @samgiset, @arlettemsalase y @soy-laloreto, hivers que estimo y respeto por su trayectoria y proyectos dentro de Hive. Ya la idea de saber que los iba a conocer fue fabuloso.

Cuando llegó el día, nos dirigimos al café @anticafepastisse donde se realizaría el evento, un lugar super acogedor, y que es de los primeros establecimientos en aceptar HBD como método de pago. A las 3 pm dimos comienzo al evento con unas palabras iniciales de Zully, y pues cada ponencia y cada espacio fue algo muy limpio, y genial. Primero Zully dando las primeras palabras, y de ese modo continuamos con un momento super lindo, puesto que era el momento de una de las sorpresas que se tenía planeado, la presentación por parte @beehibee y seguidamente con cada una de las ponencias correspondientes.

Comenzando con Enrique89 que abordó el tema de las web 3 y Blockchain, uno de los puntos que más me gustó ha sido que abordó el asunto de la descentralización, e hizo un recorrido por lo que es la web1, web2 y ahora la web3 estableciendo sus diferencias, y que es lo que se quiere solucionar con las nuevas tecnologías blockchain.

Seguidamente nuestra estimada Soy-laloreto tomó la palabra y procediió a compartir sobre el ecosistema de Hive, las comunidades de nicho, y las diversas Dapps que forman parte del ecosistema de Hive, porque si algo hay que tener presente es que Hive es más que un blog. De hecho, el blog es la puerta de entrada a todo el entramado de posibilidades que ofrece Hive. Y este punto fue uno que me llamó mucho la atención ya que en Barquisimeto habitan varios líderes de proyecto, como @yonathang de Hispapro y Holoslotus, @jesusalejos y yo que somos fundadores del proyecto #Humanitas, también, @wbrandt con su escuela de música en Hive y @zullyscott junto a @eliigonzalez con HiveRedcarpet. Quizá haya otros proyetos, pero estos son los que hasta ahora tengo presente.

La siguiente ponencia por parte de Samgiset, que nos habló sobre SPK, 3Speak y Ragnarok, y que resulta fabuloso lo que se está construyendo con esta red SPK, ya que propone un nuevo modo de construir blockchain y dapps. Siento que fue un punto importante a tratar porque noté, que pocos de los hivers de la ciudad de Barquisimeto estaban del todo claros de que iba la red SPK, ahora, tras la ponencia de Samgiset, muchos puntos han quedado claros y los hivers de la ciudad están más atentos todo lo que se viene dentro de Hive.

Por último pero no menos importante nuestra amiga Arlette, nos habló sobre lo importante de crear espacios para nuevas oportunidades, mirar más allá del blog, creo que la esencia de la ponencia de Arlette ha sido mirar a Hive como más allá del simple blog, y poder atreverse hacer cosas estupendas. No recuerdo la cita final de su ponencia, pero la idea basicamente era “Atreverse a atreverse”

Esto no se quedó con simples ponencias, sino que, además hubo dinámicas y retos con premios, sorteos y algo que me fascinó fue que pudimos aprender con detenimiento cómo usar #LighningNetwork gracias a Enrique89, que se detuvo a explicarnos sobre v4v.app, cosa que me encantó ya que podemos recibir Bitcoins de dicha red y podemos transformarlos en HIVE o HBD cosa que me parece increible.

También es increíble como Hive une vidas, lo digo porque noté cómo en Barquisimeto hay muchos Hivers y que por lo menos yo no conocía (cara a cara) a muchos, pero, organizarnos para este evento nos llevó a crear lindos lazos y vínculos. También, el compartir con personas de otros lugares del país. Creo que la energía que se movió fue fabulosa. Como no podía faltar en esta tierra musical, tuvimos una presentación cultural, y compartimos experiencias. Yo fuí parte de los que hablaron un poco de su relación con Hive y aunque siempre he tenido un poco de miedo escénico, creo que pude expresar en esencia lo que para mi es Hive.

Fue emocionante el momento de los concursos y dinámicas, en verdad fue emocionante. Creo que todos los Hivers de Barquisimeto estarán de acuerdo conmigo al afirmar que fue una experiencia llena de aprendizaje y súper valiosa, compartiendo y haciendo de Hive algo más que un blog, sino que es todo un ecosistema que nos permite tanto y que además uno de los plus más grandiosos es que todos somos una especie de gran familia.

Todo esto en vísperas de mi cumpleaños, y que por cierto fue un cumpleaños fantástico, pero eso se los contaré en otro post. Hasta la próxima, sigamos creciendo juntos en Hive.

My experience at the #HiveCDBqto.

Without a doubt it has been one of the best weekends I've had, if not the best of all until today. Basically for two reasons, the first one is, on Saturday June 18th the Hive Creators Day was held in my hometown and where I currently reside, "BARQUISIMETO" and the second reason was that on Sunday I celebrated my birthday. Now, in this post I'll talk about the first reason... We'll leave my birthday for another post.

Speaking specifically about the event, I must say that it was fabulous. Here in Barquisimeto we really long to have an event like this, not only for the contact with other hivers, which is really crucial, since in this way we have transcended the virtual, which continues to reaffirm my thought of conceiving Hive as the only platform currently the only social network where the human prevails over the virtual. We must thank the entire @hivecreatorsday team because they have been able to provide us with a super meaningful space. Now, let's take it one step at a time. Because I feel that I lived a complete experience, full of learning and human contact as I said beyond the virtual.

Being the partner of @zullyscott Host of the event, I lived very closely the preparations and supported in it, and it was amazing how everything was orchestrated in a very fluid way and for that reason I was already feeling the good vibes of the event. Something that I must confess I was intrigued to know who was coming, and for me it was something amazing that @enrique89, @samgisett, @arlettemsalase and @soy-laloreto were coming, hivers that I esteem and respect for their trajectory and projects within Hive. Already the idea of knowing that I was going to meet them was fabulous.

When the day arrived, we headed to the @anticafepastisse cafe where the event would take place, a super cozy place, and one of the first establishments to accept HBD as a payment method. At 3 pm we started the event with some initial words from Zully, and each presentation and each space was very clean, and great. First Zully giving the first words, and then we continued with a super nice moment, since it was time for one of the surprises that was planned, the presentation by @beehibee and then with each of the corresponding presentations.

Starting with Enrique89 who addressed the topic of web 3 and Blockchain, one of the points that I liked the most was that he addressed the issue of decentralization, and made a tour of what is web1, web2 and now web3 establishing their differences, and that is what they want to solve with the new blockchain technologies.

Then our esteemed Soy-laloreto took the floor and proceeded to share about the Hive ecosystem, the niche communities, and the various Dapps that are part of the Hive ecosystem, because if there is something to keep in mind is that Hive is more than a blog. In fact, the blog is the gateway to the whole web of possibilities that Hive offers. And this point was one that caught my attention because in Barquisimeto live several project leaders, such as @yonathang from Hispapro and Holoslotus, Jesusalejos and I who are founders of the #Humanitas project, also, @wbrandt with his music school in Hive and Zullyscott together with @eliigonzalez with HiveRedcarpet. There may be other projects, but these are the ones I have in mind so far.

The next presentation by Samgiset, who told us about SPK, 3Speak and Ragnarok, and that it is fabulous what is being built with this SPK network, as it proposes a new way to build blockchain and daps. I feel it was an important point to discuss because I noticed that few of the hivers in the city of Barquisimeto were completely clear about what the SPK network was all about, now, after Samgiset's presentation, many points have become clear and the hivers of the city are more attentive to everything that is coming within Hive.

Last but not least our friend Arlette, talked about the importance of creating spaces for new opportunities, look beyond the blog, I think the essence of Arlette's presentation was to look at Hive as beyond the simple blog, and to dare to do great things. I don't remember the final quote of her talk, but the idea was basically "Dare to dare".

This was not just simple talks, but there were also dynamics and challenges with prizes, raffles and something that fascinated me was that we could learn in detail how to use #LighningNetwork thanks to Enrique89, who stopped to explain us about v4v.app, which I loved because we can receive Bitcoins from this network and we can transform them into HIVE or HBD, which I think is incredible.

It is also incredible how Hive unites lives, I say this because I noticed how in Barquisimeto there are many Hivers and that at least I did not know (face to face) many, but, organizing for this event led us to create nice ties and bonds. Also, sharing with people from other parts of the country. I think the energy that moved was fabulous. As it could not be missing in this musical land, we had a cultural presentation, and we shared experiences. I was part of those who talked a little about their relationship with Hive and although I have always had a little stage fright, I think I was able to express in essence what Hive is for me.

It was exciting the moment of the contests and dynamics, it was really exciting. I think all the Hivers of Barquisimeto will agree with me when I say that it was an experience full of learning and super valuable, sharing and making Hive more than just a blog, but it is a whole ecosystem that allows us so much and also one of the greatest pluses is that we are all a kind of big family.
