Fiery plays: Heroes of might and magic 2 part 12

Damn this game is hard. It just keeps kicking my ass. In this part I tried loading a few older saves and trying to play from there. But all my attemps ended in failure. Now matter what I try my enemy gets too powerful too soon and then it is only a matter of time before I lose my main army. First game had a few difficult missions... But nothing on the level of this mission or that optional mission that I also failed to do. I guess we will have come up with better strategies and try again...and again.
