This week's theme leads us to think that there are weeks where incredible things happen and that somehow generate a state of calm and euphoria at the same time. It may feel ambiguous what I say, but it is not so; this duality manifested cyclically are constants in life that bring out the best or the worst of us depending on the context and circumstances.

In the midst of this, pleasure and satisfaction come to life when we focus on something very positive and this is where one of the coolest substances that exists within the quartet of happiness comes to the surface, I'm talking about dopamine....

For example, for me, being with my family, enjoying with my girlfriend, rocking out, helping as a therapist and even playing video games, produce a lot of well-being in my life and therefore trigger the production of dopamine in my brain, in your case, what activities achieve this in you? For this reason, today I will take my dopamine levels to the maximum with great music. Hola familia de Hive y del Hive Open Mic, espero que todos se encuentren bien; es un placer para mi estar nuevamente con ustedes para rockear en esta tarima mundial que semana a semana trae a amantes de la música que se expresan para elevar su voz por la paz y el bienestar de la humanidad.

La temática de esta semana nos lleva a pensar que hay semanas en donde pasan cosas increíbles y que de algún modo nos generan un estado de calma y euforia al mismo tiempo. Puede sentirse ambiguo lo que comento, pero no es así; esta dualidad manifestada cíclicamente son constantes en la vida que sacan lo mejor o lo peor de nosotros dependiendo del contexto y las circunstancias.

En medio de esto, el placer y la satisfacción cobran vida cuando nos enfocamos en algo muy positivo y es aquí donde sale a flote una de las sustancias más geniales que existe dentro del cuarteto de la felicidad, les hablo de la dopamina...

Por ejemplo, para mi, estar con mi familia, disfrutar con mi novia, rockear, ayudar como terapeuta y hasta jugar videojuegos, me producen mucho bienestar en mi vida y por ende disparan la producción de dopamina en mi cerebro, en tu caso, qué actividades logran esto en ti? te leo en los comentarios.

Por este motivo, hoy llevaré mis niveles de dopamina al máximo con música genial. Les traigo 2 covers de guitarra en el mismo video; uno es de la canción "Dopamina" del creador de contenido más loco de Colombia, el gran Yeferson Cossio que para que tengan una idea, solo en Facebook factura mensualmente un estimado de un millón de dólares, famoso además por ponerse implantes mamarios por una semana y hacerse recientemente una cirugía para aumentar de tamaño que lo llevó a medir casi 1 metro 90 centímetros. Por otro lado, el segundo cover que haré, es de la canción Dopamine de la banda de punk rock canadiense Sum 41, 4to sencillo de su octavo álbum de estudio llamado Heaven x Hell (Cielo x Infierno), lanzado en marzo de este año.
