Hello friends of Hive and the Sound Music community, after a couple of weeks of absence we are back to rock again. This time I present a vocal cover I did of one of my favorite bands, in this case, progressive rock, called "A Perfect Circle" (A Perfect Circle). The song I'm going to sing is called "Weak And Powerless"; this song is the 1st single from the band's 2nd studio album called "13th Step" released in 2003.

This album is a materpiece, as well as its predecessor, the successful "Mer De Noms" (Sea Of Names); the video of the song is a visual marvel, it has a dark style and as for its production, it is of a high level. Instrumentally "Weak And Powerless" is impeccable, and the voice of Maynard James Keenan (also Tool's vocalist) is incredible. A fully recommended album to have in your rock and metal playlist for its musical quality.

Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad Sound Music, luego de un par de semanas de ausencia regresamos para rockear nuevamente. En esta oportunidad les presento un cover vocal que hice de una de mis bandas preferidas, en este caso, de rock progresivo, llamada “A Perfect Circle” (Un Círculo Perfecto). La canción que voy a cantar se titula “Weak And Powerless” (Débil e Impotente); este tema es el 1er sencillo del 2do álbum de estudio de la banda denominado “13th Step” (Decimotercer Paso) lanzado en 2003.

Este álbum es una obra de arte, así como su predecesor, el exitoso “Mer De Noms” (Mar De Nombres); el video de la canción es una maravilla visual, posee un estilo oscuro y en cuanto a su producción, es de alto nivel. A nivel instrumental “Weak And Powerless” es impecable, y la voz de Maynard James Keenan (también vocalista de Tool) es increíble. Un disco recomendado en su totalidad para tener en tu playlist de rock y metal por su calidad musical.
