Hello friends of Hive and the Hive Open Mic community, I'm Fernando from @fernanblog; They say that the 1st love is not forgotten, and this is true...

"Romantic Nostalgia" ... I must confess that I really traveled to the past, so I will tell you a brief story:

In my last years of university studying Psychology, I met a very beautiful girl; while studying I promised myself not to have a love relationship since I wanted to dedicate my attention completely to my studies, but she changed everything, she made me feel love in its maximum expression. I am very romantic, so much so that I dreamed about her and something that I always loved about her was her smile, she laughed at any silly thing I said.

She lived a little far from where I lived, but the great thing was that I had some of her relatives as neighbors, which meant that we could see each other from time to time. We shared a lot since her cousins were musicians and I was always going to listen to them rehearse, which allowed us to get closer and closer...

With a lot of fear and a lump in my throat I told her that I liked her, she just smiled and left me with the doubt hahahaha; that same day when we said goodbye after spending an afternoon together and with her cousins, we went to my house, I invited her to eat something, she told me that there was no problem. When she was about to leave, I thought: this is my chance, I took her hand, I brought her closer to me and kissed her; it was a kiss that made me vibrate in time and space, the truth is that after the kiss, she looked at me, smiled and went home ... yes I know, it seems like a novel, but it really happened to me hahahaha.

From that moment when she left, my anxiety skyrocketed; I couldn't stop thinking about her, and I took my cell phone and wrote to her. Without any lie I wrote her a very long message, at the end I asked her if she wanted to be my girlfriend, she calls me on the phone and tells me: regarding your question tomorrow I will go to your house and I will answer it, to which I was in shock.

That was the longest day of my life, to tell you that I did not sleep and from that long wait was born this song that I am going to interpret today, which is called "Mi Diosa y Tu Ángel Guardián" (My Goddess and Your Guardian Angel). This song was a prophecy because the next day I got the answer I was waiting for, that is, a yes.

The truth is that she was my 1st formal girlfriend, the one who inspired many of my own songs, with whom I lived a valuable stage of my life and who made me redefine love. We both wanted to get married, but things happened during the relationship that made us take different paths, it was the best thing at the time, and thanks to that I am who I am today. After several years we became great friends, but we did not want to go back to the past because our futures were going to separate us again, we both took different paths out of our country.

Having told you what was supposed to be brief, here is my presentation for week 81 of the Hive open Mic, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did... if you are wondering if she listened to the song... yes, she did...
