Hello friends of Hive and my Hive Open Mic family, I'm Fernando Benedetti from @fernanblog; I almost didn't get to introduce myself in this edition, what happened is that I've been feeling a little unhealthy like some in my house, but here I am, ready to rock as every week!!!!

"Trusting in the Process" ... I like this theme because it leads me to think about those moments where just by trusting we manage to emerge victorious from a situation that has hurt us or simply in those processes where we have the triumph guaranteed. Everything in life contains valuable learnings despite how difficult we are going through; the negative will always be temporary and it depends on ourselves how long it lasts because with just one decision we can change our environment and get in tune with our welfare little by little...

In our path of life we will always meet people of good faith, but much more frequently we will meet people with defiant attitudes, inveterate critics, abusers on duty and those willing to invade and put at risk our integrity completely.

Strangely enough, we are designed to learn more from the bad than from the good; the key to our evolution, our success and our knowledge lies precisely in that which tests us, since we must use our entire arsenal of skills and abilities to discover our vocation and our talents, those that justly appear as we awaken them from their lethargy.

Something that allows us to fully trust the circumstances is knowing that we are doing things right, programming ourselves positively and ignoring any emotion that comes out of stability; but we always omit something, it is part of our human nature and inopportunely conflicts appear as a sinister reminder of these oversights and that is where the million dollar question comes... How to stand firm and not die trying?

I think there are 4 elements that guarantee that we can overcome any obstacle; the 1st is to be clear about who we are and where we are going. The 2nd is conviction and faith, both of which allow us to realize that everything is temporary. The 3rd is action... if we remain static nothing flows and therefore we are progressively destined to self-destruction... and the 4th and that has a lot of weight is the support of someone else...

It is inevitable to feel fear in any process of life because we are risking everything, from our peace to our happiness; we can be very sure of everything, but there is nothing more gratifying than knowing that you have people who bet on you from love and that no matter what happens they will lend you a hand... these are usually our families, partners or sincere friends.

The song I bring you today just tells us about how nice it is to have someone in the darkest moments of our lives and how, when everything changes, we can be someone else's support as well.

"Always" is the 2nd single from the 6th studio album of the band Killswitch Engage called "Disarm The Descent" released in 2013. This song has deep and beautiful lyrics amidst some murky guitar riffs that adorn each verse; the chorus is the epicenter of the song, where in a calmer way the instruments synchronize with illusion and hope to give us a great final message...

Let us always be thankful for those people we count on and let us be light in their darkness too, as well as with those vulnerable people who for some reason have lost faith in humanity....

Hola amigos de Hive y de mi familia Hive Open Mic, soy Fernando Benedetti de @fernanblog; casi no llego a presentarme en esta edición, lo que pasa es que me he sentido un poco mal de salud al igual que algunos en mi casa, pero aquí estoy, dispuesto a rockear como cada semana!!!

“Confiar en el Proceso” … me gusta está temática ya que me lleva a pensar en aquellos momentos donde con solo confiar logramos salir victoriosos de alguna situación que nos ha hecho daño o simplemente en aquellos procesos donde tenemos el triunfo garantizado. Todo en la vida contiene aprendizajes valiosos a pesar de lo difícil que lo estemos pasando; lo negativo, siempre será temporal y depende de nosotros mismos el tiempo que dure ya que con solo una decisión podemos modificar nuestro entorno y entrar en sintonía con nuestro bienestar poco a poco…

En nuestro camino de vida siempre vamos a encontrarnos con personas de buena fe, pero con mucha más frecuencia nos encontraremos a personas con actitudes desafiantes, críticos empedernidos, maltratadores de turno y aquellos dispuestos frontalmente a invadir y poner en riesgo nuestra integridad por completo.

Extrañamente estamos diseñados para aprender más de lo malo que de lo bueno; justo en eso que nos pone a prueba está la clave de nuestra evolución, de nuestro éxito y de nuestro conocimiento ya que debemos utilizar todo nuestro arsenal de habilidades y destrezas para descubrir nuestra vocación y nuestros talentos, aquellos que justamente van apareciendo a medida que los despertamos de su letargo.

Algo que nos permite confiar plenamente en las circunstancias es el saber que estamos haciendo las cosas bien, el programarnos positivamente y hacer caso omiso a cualquier emoción que salga de la estabilidad; pero siempre omitimos algo, es parte de nuestra naturaleza humana y de forma inoportuna aparecen los conflictos como recordatorio siniestro de estos descuidos y ahí es donde viene la pregunta del millón… ¿Cómo mantenernos firmes y no morir en el intento?

Pienso que hay 4 elementos que garantizan que podamos vencer cualquier obstáculo; el 1ero es estar claros de quienes somos y hacia donde vamos. El 2do es la convicción y la fe, ambas permiten mentalizar que todo es temporal. El 3ero es la acción… si nos quedamos estáticos nada fluye y por ende estamos destinados progresivamente a la autodestrucción… y el 4to y que tiene mucho peso es el apoyo de alguien más...

Es inevitable sentir miedo en algún proceso de vida porque nos estamos jugando todo, desde nuestra paz, hasta nuestra felicidad; podemos estar muy seguros de todo, pero no hay nada más gratificante que saber que tienes personas que apuestan por ti desde el amor y que pase lo que pase te tenderán la mano… estas suelen ser nuestras familias, parejas o amistades más sinceras.

La canción que les traigo hoy justamente nos habla de lo bonito que es contar con alguien en los momentos más oscuros de nuestras vidas y de cómo, cuando todo cambia, podemos ser el apoyo de alguien más también.
