Hola amigos de Hive y de mi querida comunidad Sound Music, quien les escribe Fernando Benedetti de @fernanblog; luego de casi ya un mes sin publicar por aquí, les traigo mi presentación para la iniciativa de “Bienvenida a la Navidad”, una iniciativa muy agradable para esta temporada decembrina que ayudará sin duda alguna, a reforzar más, nuestro sentimiento hacia las festividades de esta época y también, los lazos que nos unen como artistas dentro y fuera de la plataforma.

Para esta oportunidad les interpretaré la famosa canción “Santa is coming to Town” (Santa llegó a la Ciudad) escrita y compuesta por John Frederick Coots y Haven Gillespie en 1932. Esta canción fue interpretada por 1era vez en 1934 y posteriormente versionada por grandes músicos como Bing Crosby y Frank Sinatra principalmente; se popularizó tanto que artistas más contemporáneos se sumaron a interpretarla, entre ellos: Luis Miguel, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Michael Bublé, Dolly Parton, BTS, entre otros más…

La tocaré con una pista de fondo la cual les dejo el enlace más abajo; es una versión punk/rock muy chévere y divertida para hacer los arreglos que se deseen de acuerdo a las habilidades que se tengan a nivel de ejecución.

Hello friends of Hive and my dear community Sound Music, who writes Fernando Benedetti of @fernanblog; after almost a month without posting here, I bring you my presentation for the initiative "Welcome to Christmas", a very nice initiative for this holiday season that will undoubtedly help to further strengthen our feelings towards the festivities of this time and also the ties that bind us as artists inside and outside the platform.

For this opportunity I will perform the famous song "Santa is coming to Town" written and composed by John Frederick Coots and Haven Gillespie in 1932. This song was performed for the 1st time in 1934 and later covered by great musicians such as Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra mainly; it became so popular that more contemporary artists joined to interpret it, among them: Luis Miguel, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Michael Bublé, Dolly Parton, BTS, among others more...

I will play it with a background track which I leave below; it is a punk/rock version very cool and fun to make the arrangements you want according to the skills you have at the level of execution.
