Lessons from the Worship service held on the 11th June 2021 via zoom

It was another great time in the present of God at the worship service held via zoom on the 11th June 2021 which stated by 9:30pm Nigerian time.

The meeting stated by singing some great hymns followed by prayer. We were also reminded of what was learnt in the last meeting before the day's teaching stated.

The focus of the teaching was on Roman 1:20

Romans 1:20 KJV
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Enemy is trying to take men away away from God. And he uses our anxiety.
We should be able to show our faith in God.
What the enemy is doing is to make us doubt.
The God who made the sun can solve our anxiety. It is easier to solve our problems than to make the sun stay there for a long time.
What the enemy is doing is to steal our trust in God and result into fear and anxiety.
We are reminded of the things God made so that we may remain in trusting God.

Why are we afraid of virus?
Viruses are things not to be afraid of because God is the creator of the whole universe.

Romans 1:18-25 KJV
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; [19] Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. [20] For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: [21] Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. [22] Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, [23] And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. [24] Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: [25] Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

One thing we can do now for our trust and faith to remain is to look at the things God made, then we will not go back to darkness.
We should trust the Lord more.

Matthew 6:19-34 KJV
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: [20] But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: [21] For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. [22] The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. [23] But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. [34] Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Do not be anxious. It is the lack of faith that makes us anxious.
We have very little problem compare to what God is doing.

We should not be like the gentiles who seek food, cloth and shelter. We should seek first the kingdom of God.

We will not go back to darkness once we can bear in mind the external power of God.

God's work tell us of the Almighty power and why we can cast our confidence on Him.
There is one most powerful God we can trust on.
If you have problem, it is nothing compare to what God has done.

There is no big problem that cannot be solved by God.
Everything is created as a prove of God's love to everyone of us.
God is bigger than our problems.
If God can feed about 430 billion birds, how much more us.
