Lessons from the international special Thanksgiving day 1 via zoom

It was another great time in the present of God and a time to give thanks to God at the international thanksgiving service day 1 which I joined via zoom on the 2nd July 2021 which stated by 10:00am Nigerian time.

The service stated by singing some great songs and prayer of Thanksgiving.
A lot were also learned from the teaching of the day.

Matthew 7:25 KJV
And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Romans 2:13 KJV
(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

We should be the doer of God's word.

Ephesians 4:14 KJV
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

The hearer and the doer of the word will be justified. We should not be carried away by every wind of doctrines. If we are not doers of God's teachings, we are like house built on sand. The wise listen and fulfill and the fool listen but fail to fulfill.

Matthew 5:16 KJV
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

There is need to promote good deeds. There is a need to promote and show to other people so they can know that we are of God.

Every teaching of God learnt are connected.

Colossians 1:23 KJV
If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

If you remain in faith, then christ is in you and you will be able to do good work.

Those who are at peace are in faith.

For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Philippians 3:15 KJV
Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
