A warm and cordial greeting to the coffee community. How are you? I hope very well, and that you are having a great day.

In today's post, I wanted to share a big problem I had this morning because when I woke up I was very tired and sluggish from all the work I did yesterday, so to cheer me up I went to the kitchen to prepare a good coffee to help me lift my spirits and give me the energy I needed to start the day in the best way.

But I faced a big problem, and that is that I didn't even have a gram of coffee, and also yesterday when I did the grocery shopping I didn't buy coffee because I thought there was some at home. So that's where the big frustration and anger with myself for forgetting something important in the shopping haha began.

But suddenly I remembered that I had a great Ace up my sleeve, and that is that yesterday when I was shopping, I saw a new coffee-flavored chocolate bar that by the presentation promised me a lot as a consumer, it was from a Turkish brand that is becoming famous for selling chocolates at a low price.

So I thought that as this gourmet chocolate bar had a high caffeine content according to the packaging, I thought of melting it in the microwave and adding milk to it to make a good brown coffee with chocolate, something like a homemade mochaccino in case of emergency.

So I took a cup, added all the chocolate, and added a little milk so it wouldn't stick, put it in the microwave for 1:30 minutes, and waited. It was impressive that, even though it was just a coffee-flavored chocolate bar, when it was melting the whole kitchen was filled with that sweet aroma of roasted coffee just like a good cup of brewed coffee does.

After waiting the time, I took it out and realized I had made a mess in the microwave and if I didn't clean it up they were going to make 2 problems, haha, so after cleaning, I added the rest of the milk to the cup and started stirring it with a fork until much of the chocolate was dissolved.

And although I know that this can't replace a good cup of coffee, it helped me to start my day in the best way and with a lot of energy. So for me, these chocolate bars are worth buying in case of an extreme emergency.

Also, doing this successful experiment, gave me the idea that I was missing to make another emergency spare in case I run out of coffee again and that is to make homemade but effective coffee pills, of course, I will talk about that in another video.

Un caluroso y cordial saludo a la comunidad del café ¿Como están? Espero que muy bien, y que estén teniendo un excelente día.

En la publicación de hoy quería compartir un gran problema que tuve en la mañana de hoy, ya que cuando me desperté tenía mucho cansancio y flojera por todo el trabajo que hice el día de ayer, así que para animarme fue hasta la cocina a prepararme un buen café que me ayudara a levantar el ánimo y darme la energía necesaria para comenzar el día de la mejor manera.

Pero me enfrente a un gran problema, y es que no tenía si quiera un gramo de café, y además el día de ayer que hice las compras de la comida no compra café porque pensé que había en mi casa. Así que fue donde comenzó la gran frustración y enojo conmigo mismo por haber olvidado algo importante en las compras jaja.

Pero de pronto recordé que tenía un gran As bajo mi manga, y es que el día de ayer cuando hacia las compras, vi una nueva barra de chocolate con sabor a café que por la presentación me prometía mucho como consumidor, era de una marca turca que se está haciendo famosa por vender chocolates a un bajo precio.

Así que como pensé que como esta barra de chocolate gourmet, tenía alto contenido de cafeína segun el empaque se me ocurrió derretirlo en el microondas y añadirle leche para así hacerme un buen café marrón con chocolate, algo así como un mocachino casero y en casos de emergencia.

Por eso tome una taza, le agrega todo el chocolate y le añadí un poco de leche para que no se fuera a pegar, lo metí al microondas por 1:30 minutos y espere. Fue impresionante que, a pesar de ser solo una barra de chocolate con sabor a café, cuando se estaba derritiendo toda la cocina se llenó de ese dulce aroma a café tostado al igual que lo hace una buena tasa de café colado.

Luego de esperar el tiempo, lo saqué y me di cuenta de que había hecho un desastre en el microondas y si no lo limpiaba iban a hacer 2 problemas jaja, así que luego de limpiar, le añadí el resto de la leche a la taza y comencé a mezclarlo con un tenedor hasta que se disolvió gran parte del chocolate.

Y aunque sé que esto no puede remplazar una buena taza de café, me ayudo bastante a empezar mi día de la mejor manera y con mucha energía. Así que para mí si valen la pena comprar estas barras de chocolate para un caso de extrema emergencia.

Además, el hacer este experimento exitoso, me dio la idea que me faltaba para realizar otro repuesto de emergencia por si me vuelve a faltar el café y es hacer pastillas de café caseras pero efectivas, claro de eso hablare en otro video.
