Es una frase que puedes escuchar constantemente en charlas motivacionales como las de Robert K o en algún otro millonario filántropo, pero cuando te lo aplicas a ti y trabajas muy duro por lograr tus sueños sientes una gran satisfacción de haberlo hecho de haberlo alcanzado.

Hoy quería compartir con ustedes un nuevo y grandioso logro para mí, y digo grandioso porque yo pensaba que me tomaría mucho tiempo, pero una cosa llevo a otra y con un poco del Power Down más otros ahorros finalmente pude lograr el sueño que me había propuesto desde que inicie en Hive y me dedique a ser creador de contenido activo: Tener un internet propio, estable y veloz Y hoy puedo decir que lo he logrado, gracias a que pude contratar un servicio de fibra óptica de una empresa privada. En esta publicación te cuento un poco de como fue el proceso, el costo y los beneficios.

El Proceso de conseguir la Fibra Óptica

Conseguir la fibra óptica no fue nada fácil, ya que, al vivir en una ciudad llena de mafia y corrupción por parte de la alcaldía, era imposible que entrara en la ciudad una empresa de fibra óptica, por ejemplo, inter lo intento y no pudo, 360.net lo intento, pero hasta ahora no ha podido. La única empresa de internet que tenía el monopolio era CANTV que honestamente es una porquería, ya que si se te cae el internet o tienes algún reclamo por robo de los cables debes pagar más de $300 para que te escuchen o para que los técnicos atiendan el reclamo. Así que como no iba a pagar $300 por algo que dos semanas después iba a volver a ser inservible, decidí optar por otras opciones como la fibra óptica, pero no había esperanza de que habría alguna buena empresa en mi ciudad, incluso estaba pensando con mi esposa de mudarnos a valencia que allí hay más opciones.

Pero un día una empresa de fibra óptica estaba ofreciendo sus servicios para la comunidad, estaba ofreciendo contratos con descuento y facilidades de pagos para todos, yo en ese momento no decidí adquirirlo porque me parecía muy raro y desconfiaba de esa empresa, pensaba que era una estafa que de la nada hubiera aparecido una empresa ofreciendo fibra óptica. Pero luego de investigar bien y de hablar con algunos que ya habían instalado el servicio, decidí dar el paso, pero había otro problema, no tenía el dinero, así que me propuse conseguirlo con las ganancias que obtenida de Hive, no fue fácil, pero al final lo pude lograr.

But after doing some research and talking to some who had already installed the service, I decided to take the plunge, but there was another problem, I didn't have the money, so I decided to get it with the earnings I got from Hive, it wasn't easy, but in the end I was able to do it.

El Costo de conseguir la Fibra Óptica

Uno de los retos que considero de conseguir la fibra óptica fue el costo, salió mucho más de lo que yo pensaba, ya que el costo final de instalación más el cobro adicional por el cable de más fue de $154, siendo inicialmente $80 el costo de instalación. Ya que mi casa quedaba muy lejos aproximadamente a 220 metros de la cajetilla del poste, otra cosa es que el técnico no se sabía explicar bien en cuanto al costo final y todo el servicio de instalación era caro en comparación con otras empresas como inter o 360.net.

Los beneficios de conseguir fibra óptica

Uno de los mayores beneficios es que el internet es propio, eso me da mucha satisfacción ya que siempre había dependido de internet prestado y todos sabemos lo difícil que puede ser usar algo prestado, además el internet que usaba era el de Cantv y no podía hacer el trabajo completo. Pero al tener un internet propio, veloz y estable me siento muy afortunado y feliz. Ya que con la fibra óptica mis videos ser de hasta 1.5Gb se suben en tan solo 10 minutos a 3Speak, además navego mucho más rápido lo cual hace que pase menos tiempo en la computadora porque termino mucho más rápido, y por último puedo enfocarme en otros proyectos que tengo en mente para hacer crecer mi contenido y canal. Así que los beneficios superan por mucho los retos o dificultades.

Ahora, la empresa que contrate para esto fue la de "wisptecnoger" lo puedes conseguir en Instagram como: @wisptecnoger y si vives en la villa y quiere adquirir el servicio puedes hacerlo enviando un DM pidiendo la información. El proceso de instalación fue sumamente veloz, en menos de media hora ya estaba conectado al poste, claro tuve que esperar bastante para que activaran el internet, pero valió la pena toda la espera. Ver navegar a mi laptop con 5Mb de manera estable es lo mejor del mundo :')
