Hello awesome people @Hiveopenmic community, i wish us all a happy and prosperous new year 2025 been my first entry and appearance for this year, this is @fab-tay and i am glad to be here for this Hive Open Mic 248. The @Hiveopenmic community has been supportive and advancing the course of music, creativity, originality and i will like to appreciate the administrators of the community and others for this initiative and greatwork been done here. I celebrate everyone here aswell. The theme for this Hive Open Mic 248 is "STEP BY STEP".

Hola gente increíble, comunidad @Hiveopenmic, nos deseo a todos un feliz y próspero año nuevo. 2025 ha sido mi primera entrada y aparición este año, soy @fab-tay y me alegro de estar aquí para este Hive Open Mic 248. El @ La comunidad de Hiveopenmic ha apoyado y hecho avanzar el curso de la música, la creatividad y la originalidad y me gustaría agradecer a los administradores de la comunidad y a otros por esta iniciativa y el gran trabajo realizado aquí. Celebro a todos aquí también. El tema de este Hive Open Mic 248 es "PASO A PASO".

Steps refers to movement i.e. series of coordinated movement on a path or direction. Steps could also mean actions, efforts, imputs taken to achieve something definite. For example, there is this long-age adage which says that: "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step" hereby corroborating the meanings of steps as mentioned. In life, it is good to know that coordinated steps in a guided path is what makes for real progress because it is possible to be taking steps in a wrong path or direction. Therefore, step by step shows ordered movement in the right direction or path.

Los pasos se refieren al movimiento, es decir, una serie de movimientos coordinados en un camino o dirección. Pasos también podrían significar acciones, esfuerzos, aportaciones tomadas para lograr algo definido. Por ejemplo, existe un viejo refrán que dice que: "El viaje de mil millas comienza con un paso", corroborando así el significado de los pasos mencionados. En la vida, es bueno saber que los pasos coordinados en un camino guiado son los que generan un progreso real porque es posible dar pasos en un camino o dirección equivocada. Por lo tanto, paso a paso muestra el movimiento ordenado en la dirección o camino correcto.

Here in this part of the world, we jokingly say that: "Follow person wey (that) know the road" and hence, i link "step by step" to divine guidance/divine direction. When the path/direction someone is to take is clear, then it becomes effortless in taking actions "step by step". Therefore, it becomes struggle when the path/direction isn't known which leads to taking wrong steps. This composition "step by step" which is a spontaneous original composition reveals to us the place of the divine direction by God been our light to show us the right path and order our steps consistently even as we look up to Him.

Aquí en esta parte del mundo, decimos en broma que: "Sigue a la persona que conoce el camino" y por lo tanto vinculo "paso a paso" a la guía divina. Cuando el camino/dirección que alguien debe tomar está claro, entonces se pueden tomar acciones "paso a paso" sin esfuerzo. Por lo tanto, se convierte en una lucha cuando no se conoce el camino/dirección, lo que lleva a dar pasos equivocados. Esta composición "paso a paso", que es una composición original y espontánea, nos revela el lugar de la dirección divina de Dios, que ha sido nuestra luz para mostrarnos el camino correcto y ordenar nuestros pasos de manera consistente incluso mientras lo miramos.

I compose and chose this song for this week because it aligns with the theme for this week unto the acknowledgement and appreciation of "Step by step". I did this cover involving the vocal part even as i sing and i accompanied it by playing the keyboard. It is my sincere wish and desire that we will all enjoy the privilege of taking the right step in the right direction making for a resounding success this year. Do enjoy this original.

Compongo y elegí esta canción para esta semana porque se alinea con el tema de esta semana para el reconocimiento y apreciación de "Paso a paso". Hice este cover involucrando la parte vocal incluso mientras canto y lo acompañé tocando el teclado. Es mi más sincero deseo que todos disfrutemos del privilegio de dar el paso correcto en la dirección correcta para lograr un éxito rotundo este año. Disfruten este original.
