    Welcome to another beautiful week and another edition of hivelearners Creative Sunday, this is a time when we get to showcase our talent and also get to share it with others. As you all know I love to cook and also show my steps when doing that, cooking is what I have passion for and it is just a way of clearing my head when everything looks boring to me, today I will be sharing the recipes I used in making this fish sauce.

    If you are a lover of rice or you do not want to get tired of it, there are many ways in which we can enjoy this meal and I will be sharing with us one way in which we can enjoy this with our family.

    I will be preparing fish curry sauce but it is in another way, I prepared this sauce without adding veggies, this one is different from chicken curry sauce, in preparing chicken curry sauce you need all your veggies like carrot, cabbage, green peas but in fish sauce it doesn't entail all of those ingredients, it is so simple and easy to prepare.

    INGREDIENTS USED
    💗Fish
    💗Green pepper
    💗Yellow pepper
    💗Red bell pepper
    💗Curry
    💗Thyme
    💗Cornflour
    💗Onions
    💗Seasoning cubes and salt.
    💗Vegetable oil

    The work of corn flour is to make the sauce thick, it serves as a binder in the sauce.

    Steps in making this sauce
    Firstly I need to wash all the ingredients I will be using, let them be properly clean, wash the peppers, and bring out the seeds because I will not be using them, I slice all the peppers and then set them aside.

    The second step is to wash the fish thoroughly, remove all the unwanted parts, especially the head then marinate for five to ten minutes, I used curry, salt, one seasoning cube, and onions to marinate the fish then I set it aside, I boiled it my rice because I will be pairing the sauce with rice.

    After ten minutes, I put on my gas then I added water into the pot, I poured in the fish and leave it to boil for eight minutes, after eight minutes I checked back and saw it ready then I scooped it out and allowed it to cool for minutes, in my fish stock I added all the pepper to cook and a little bit of Vegetable oil for that shining look the cover to cook on medium heat, I added more water and also pinch of salt to taste.

    I went on to de-bone the fish then mashed it with my spoon, and poured it back into the sauce for it to combine with the pepper, I took two tablespoons of cornflour, mix with water, and pour into the sauce to thicken it. I allowed it to cook for a minute then off the gas and cover it to steam for a minute as well. Now our fish sauce is ready to serve.
