¡Hasta que por fin puedo participar en la Voz Cantante!

*Finally I can participate in the Singing Voice!

Les debo confesar que tratado de publicar desde hace algunas semanas, he grabado a capella pero no me gustó lo suficiente para compartirlo, luego grabé un cover y al tenerlo listo caí en cuenta que no permiten covers con pista (que no es lo mismo que un karaoke cabe destacar jajaja) y como se suele decir que al tercer intento podemos lograr lo que deseábamos, aquí me tienen con mi participación para la semana número 18 de la Voz Cantante de la comunidad de Pukumundo.

I must confess that I have been trying to publish since a few weeks ago, I have recorded a capella but I didn't like it enough to share it, then I recorded a cover and when I had it ready I realized that they don't allow covers with a track (which is not the same as a karaoke) and as they say that on the third try we can achieve what we wanted, here I am with my participation for the 18th week of the Voz Cantante of the Pukumundo community.

No soy la más roquera de las roqueras, pero si me gustan algunos temas. Siempre he pensado que las mejores baladas provienen de las bandas de rock, por ejemplo I Don't Want to Miss a Thing, un temazo de Aerosmith o Cama de Rosas de Bon Jovi, por solo mencionar un par de estas joyas musicales que tanto hemos escuchado y cantando.

I am not the most rocker of the rockers, but I do like some songs. I've always thought that the best ballads come from rock bands, for example I Don't Want to Miss a Thing, a great song by Aerosmith or Bed of Roses by Bon Jovi, just to mention a couple of these musical gems that we have heard and sung so much.

El pop rock y hoy les traigo una canción de Shakira, a quien sé que muchos extrañamos en su faceta roquera, ella nos dejo temas tan, pero tan geniales que es imposible no extrañarla.

Pop rock and today I bring you a song by Shakira, who I know many of us miss in her rock side, she left us such great songs that it is impossible not to miss her.

Antología fue uno de los primeros temas que escuché de ella y me capturó al desde el principio, quizá no representa su faceta más roquera pero es innegable que ella es un ícono del pop rock para quienes la seguimos desde sus inicios.

Anthology was one of the first songs I heard from her and it captured me from the beginning, maybe it doesn't represent her rocker side but it is undeniable that she is a pop rock icon for those of us who followed her since her beginnings.

Espero que disfruten este cover, a mi me trajo muchos recuerdos sobre la buena música en español, cuando en al radio no escuchabas solo canciones enmarcadas en un género, cuando había variedad musical y eso al día de hoy es algo que extraño.

I hope you enjoy this cover, to me it brought back many memories of good music in Spanish, when on the radio you didn't only hear songs framed in one genre, when there was musical variety and that today is something I miss.
