Hive Open Mic 100 - De paseo (Original) by Eugelys ft. @elisonr13

En abril cumpliré 4 años desde que empecé a crear contenido en la blockchain pero Elison dice que llevamos 5 años tratando de cantar algo juntos (¡Tan exagerado jajaja!), lo que sí sé es que hoy pudimos lograrlo, después de tanto ir y venir buscando una canción que se acoplara al gusto musical de ambos, pues él más de Natalia Lafourcade y yo de Natalia Jiménez (jajaja), así que no llegábamos a un acuerdo.

In April I will be 4 years since I started creating content on the blockchain but Elison says that we have been trying to sing something together for 5 years (so exaggerated hahaha!), what I do know is that today we could achieve it, after so much back and forth looking for a song that fits the musical taste of both, because he more of Natalia Lafourcade and I of Natalia Jimenez (hahaha), so we did not reach an agreement.

Y así muchas lunas pasaron y mientras un día escuchaba una canción de Elison le comenté que la mayoría de sus canciones me transmitían la sensación de ir de paseo, él tiene ese estilo indie y folk que es tan agradable de escuchar en los viajes de nuestra vida, son historias para ir y venir. Luego de este comentario no pasaría mucho tiempo para que empezara a sonar una melodía en mi cabeza, tomé mi cuatro y junté unos cuatros acordes que colocados en una progresión me gustaron bastante.

And so many moons passed and while one day I was listening to a song by Elison I told him that most of his songs transmitted me the feeling of going for a walk, he has that indie and folk style that is so nice to listen to in our life's journeys, they are stories to come and go. After this comment it wouldn't be long before a melody started to play in my head, I took my four and put together some four chords that placed in a progression I quite liked.

Posteriormente vendría a mi mente la escena, un viaje con la persona amada y entonces la frase: Hoy nos vamos de paseo, y luego no sé si tu me llevas o soy yo la que te llevo, está canción esta inspirada en el arte de mi amigo.

Later the scene would come to my mind, a trip with the loved one and then the phrase: Today we go for a walk, and then I don't know if you take me or I take you, this song is inspired by my friend's art.

Y así nació la canción ¡que por fin podemos hacer en dúo! se llama De Paseo. Es un honor pasarnos por la comunidad del Hive Open Mic en su semana Nro 100 ¡Bravo lo han logrado, que vengan muchas semanas más! He visto entradas maravillosas, duetos magníficos llenos de preciosas melodías y sentimientos a flor de piel.

And so was born the song that we can finally do as a duet! It's called De Paseo It's an honor to stop by the Hive Open Mic community in its 100th week. Bravo you have made it, may many more weeks to come! I've seen wonderful entries, gorgeous duets full of beautiful melodies and heartfelt feelings.
