    Cuando comencé este programa de #RetoFit42 siempre nos decían no levantes pesas si eres nuevo, luego comienzo a usar unas pesas yo pensaba que eran livianas pero al realizar los ejercicios es cuando me doy cuenta que no se resiste, y bueno si parecía que se estaban acostumbrando mis músculos y comienzo a utilizar otras un poco más fuertes, hasta que he logrado subir 5 litros de agua, actualmente levanto los dos botellas de 5 litros y he logrado resistirlos. Ya les contaré mis nuevos avances, no es edad lo que nos limita es ganas de continuar con la vida saludable.
