This time, I bring you a song that revolutionized the 70s and 80s, being today one of the best-known rock classics in the world.

En esta oportunidad, les traigo una canción que revolucionó la década de los 70 y 80, siendo hoy uno de los clásicos del rock más conocido del mundo.

The band Eagles with this song, met in our hearts since 1976 and 11 years later, the Pentagon group from my beautiful but very mistreated country Venezuela, played and sang this song in Spanish, to make it reach all of Latin America.

La banda Eagles con esta canción, se metió en nuestros corazones desde el año 1976 y 11 años más tarde, la agrupación Pentágono de mi hermoso pero muy maltratado país Venezuela, tocó y cantó esta canción en español, para hacerla llegar a toda Latinoamérica.

Although people already knew this song in English and had an impressive fame throughout Latin America, when Pentagon covered this song in Spanish, all Latinos loved it. I still remember how the DJs mixed the two versions in the discotheques of Venezuela and the people who lived through the 80s, despite not knowing English, after a couple of drinks it is impossible for this song to sound and not shout WELCOME TO HIM HOTEL CALIFORNIA!

Aunque las personas ya conocían este tema en inglés y tenía una fama impresionante en toda Latinoamérica, cuando Pentágono versiono esta canción en español, a todos los latinos nos encantó. Aún recuerdo cómo los DJ mezclaban las dos versiones en las discotecas de Venezuela y las personas que vivieron la década de los 80, a pesar de no saber inglés, después de un par de tragos es imposible que suene esta canción y no gritar ¡WELCOME TO THE HOTEL CALIFORNIA!
