When we are bored with the same menu, Pizza is the saviour. We can easily order pizza in a takeaway restaurant. And in supermarkets there are many pizzas sold at very cheap prices. But have we ever imagined that actually making pizza that is delicious and more nutritious is very easy? In this video I will show you how to make delicious pizza, easy to make, no need kneading the dough, and more nutritious with toppings that we can choose ourselves. If we buy pizza at the supermarket, the pizza base is usually thicker with fewer toppings, and the toppings are meagre. If we make our own pizza, the pizza base can be made thinner and crispier, with selected topping ingredients. We can choose better quality meat/sausage and we can add more vegetables. For the oil, we can use olive oil which has better nutrition.
Here is the recipe:
Thin Crust Pizza
(Easy pizza without kneading)
This recipe is for 2 large pizza
Ingredients:
350g all purposes flour
250 ml of milk, room temperature
2 tablespoons olive oil / cooking oil
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
For spread, mix:
2 tablespoons olive oil / cooking oil
1 clove grated garlic / puree
Topping:
For toppings , I use: sausage, spinach, sweet corn, paprika, onions, black olives.
Cheese: Cheddar, Mozarella, Parmesan.
oregano / mixed Italian herbs
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
Stir using a wooden spoon, stir well, no need to knead. the dough will be a little sticky.
Let stand for 30-40 minutes. After settling, the dough will be flexible and easy to form.
Spread the pizza pan with oil.
Take half the dough, spread it on a pizza pan, gently pull and push and press it gently (as in the video), until the dough fills the entire pan evenly.
Brush the surface with oil. Prick with a fork.
Oven for 4-5 minutes.
Take out the pizza from the oven, spread it lightly with pizza sauce / spagetti sauce (or tomato sauce).
layer the topping directly, or sprinkle some cheese then layer the topping.
Add oregano (about 1 / 2-1 tablespoon).
Sprinkle cheese.
Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes (until cooked).
Pizza is ready to serve.
Note:
pan size is 32 cm.
Using a perforated pan will result in a crispier pizza.
