    Hello friends. Often, we run out of ideas about what to cook for the day. Every day we struggle with menus for the family and regulate nutritional adequacy by rotating food ingredients. When we run out of ideas and don't have much time to cook, cooking eggs is the solution. One of my family's favourite egg dishes is ‘Tomato Egg’. It's very easy to make, failure-proof, delicious, and the cooking process is quite short.

    Here's the recipe:

    Tomato Egg

    Ingredients:
    5 eggs
    2-3 tomatoes
    ½ onion
    1 scallion
    3 garlic
    3 tablespoons tomato sauce
    1 tablespoon soy sauce (salty)
    ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
    80 ml of water
    ¼ teaspoon salt (for sauce) + 2 pinches of salt (for eggs)
    1 tsp sugar
    ¼ tsp pepper
    Oil

    Method:
    Slice onions, scallion, tomatoes
    Crush the garlic
    Prepare a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, tomato sauce, water, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, ¼ tsp salt, and water
    Beat eggs in a separate bowl, add 2 pinches of salt
    Heat oil in a wok until very hot, then turn off the stove, immediately pour the egg
    Stir and cook until the egg is set (do not overcook)
    Transfer the eggs to a plate, set aside
    Heat oil in the wok, saute garlic, onion, scallion (white part), add tomatoes, saute briefly.
    Add half of the sauce, put the eggs back in the wok, stir well. Add remaining sauce and remaining scallion (green part), mix well.
    Tomato Egg is ready to serve

    Halo teman-teman. Seringkali kita kehabisan ide memasak apa untuk hari itu. Sehari-hari kita berkutat dengan menu untuk keluarga dan mengatur kecukupan nutrisi dengan merotasi bahan makanan. Kadang kita berpikir ‘itu lagi, itu lagi menunya’. Nah disaat kehabisan ide dan tidak punya banyak waktu untuk memasak, olahan telur adalah solusinya. Salah satu olahan telur favorit keluarga saya adalah Telur Tomat ini. Sangat mudah membuatnya, anti gagal dan yang jelas enak, serta cukup singkat proses memasaknya. Berikut ini resepnya:

    Telur Tomat

    Bahan-bahan:
    5 butir telur
    2 tomat (3 jika kecil)
    ½ bawang bombay
    1 daun bawang
    3 Bawang putih
    3 sdm saos tomat
    1 sdm kecap asin
    ½ sdm saus tiram
    80 ml air
    ¼ sdt garam (untuk saus) + 2 jumput garam (untuk telur)
    1 sdt gula
    ¼ sdt merica
    Minyak

    Cara:
    Iris bawang bombay, daun bawang,tomat
    Geprak bawang putih
    Siapkan mangkok, campur bahan saus:kecap asin, saus tomat, air, merica, gula, saus tiram, ¼ sdt garam dan air
    Kocok telur di mangkok terpisah, tambahkan 2 jumput garam
    Panaskan wajan sampai panas betul, lalu matikan kompor, dan tuang kocokan telur
    Aduk sampai telur set (jangan sampai kelamaan dimasak)
    Pindahkan telur ke piring, sisihkan
    Panaskan wajan, tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, daun bawang bagian putihnya, tambahkan tomat, tumis sebentar.
    Masukkan separuh saus, masukkan Kembali telur ke wajan, aduk rata. Tambahkan sisa saus dan sisa daun bawang (bagian hijau), aduk rata.
    Telur tomat siap di hidangkan
