Paying With HBD At Group Shopping Meetups

A lot of old Hivers who have been inactive for a while are back on their feet happily joining the next big thing. They have been joining us in most of the SHOKiN exercises and now have mastery over paying and claiming discounts without any assistance. More businesses are accepting HBD and are also making their much sales from Hivers who patronize them. All these and many more are some of the good results we've had over a period of time, not so long ago.

As the weekend draws near, we all look forward to spending some HBD with friends who are available to join us. Last weekend, we decided to visit @classickitchen restaurant and enjoy some great meals over fun and laughter. It was supposed to be our second visit to the said restaurant but as circumstances may have it, the staff were not ready to receive at the time we were expected to be there. To that effect, a last minute arrangement was made that we make a visit to @lafresh. Another fast food and bakery that also offer some natural juices and smoothies at affordable prices. We needed no much introduction when we got there because the staff already knew us and were ready to offer what they need for whoever wanted. As usual, the meal ordering session commence and everyone got what they wanted. For me, I was in a hurry but I didn't want to miss the group shopping activity so I decided to order some takeouts and take some pictures with the team.
After paying for my food from the keychain app, it was time to claim my discounts. It's quite unfortunate that I still couldn't connect to the distriator server to claim my discounts.

Apparently, that wasn't a general problem anymore, I discovered it was from my network connection. After trying so hard to claim with fruitless results, I decided to try with someone else' network and it worked like breeze. I was so happy I didn't miss out on the discounts because that's what we live for right?

It was such a nice thing even after the disappointment we had at the first restaurant, we managed to secure another one in no time. Our SHOKiN members were also very supportive despite the change of plans and the inconvenience caused along the way. There quite a lot of us who made the occasion work. We had happy faces like @debbydaniels ,@bummblebee ,@bakinba ,@mesonia,@ngobaby,@fokusnow,@chimary,@sammyhive,@chi-don and @ijebest. The rest of the team got caught with many activities to do so they couldn't join us but hopefully, we know they will definitely make it in the next one. Nobody will like to miss the good meals plus the other incentives involved.

This is not going to be the last SHOKiN there will be, in fact, we're just getting started. A lot of people still needs to hear about the spend HBD community and we're all out for the promotion. So let's go people!!!
