A NICE DAY FOR A SWIM

GOOD DAY FELLOW HIVERS,

This is @emmaba1 here again with yet another post for everyone here. I went swimming yesterday at a pool within Premier hotel, Ibadan. One of my classmates asked me to follow him to the pool and teach him. He covered the fees and even got us refreshments after. It was a very nice day. The weather was quite hot. But the temperature of the water was a direct opposite, very very cold. I made a new friend at the pool also and connected with some old friends.
I should probably write a post about my swimming journey and progress sometime in the future. I have been swimming for about 4 years now and I have grown to love the sport so much! It is fun, great exercise(works every muscle in your body), and also very relaxing. It also provides great cardio workout and increases your lung capacity, giving you great cardiac and physical health. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone searching for a new hobby, just looking for some fun, or is just adventurous and looking to acquire a new skill.
In the future, I would definitely be making more posts about swimming here. This is the first of many!
