ANXIETY DISORDER + PANIC ATTACK

In this video I share my experiences related to anxiety and I talk about how I also experience panic attacks.

In addition to that, I go over the general symptoms of anxiety and I talk about how I'd like to change medicines since the side effects of my current medicine is weight gain.

Anxiety actually runs in my family (on my mom's side) and I think it is becoming more and more common in the Philippines.

NOTE: Most of this video is spoken in Filipino (Tagalog), the national language of the Philippines.
