I was without skating and it took like 2 months due to knee ligament injury
The ligaments were weak and inflamed and my knee ached.
During this time I tried to do light exercise and I think it has worked for me.
I went back to skating to see how strong my knee is since it has stopped hurting and I see improvement.
Skateboarding at 30? I think I can continue skating if I train and eat well.
Anyway, I don't think I will leave the sport. I will look for a way to continue skateboarding and improve the basics before taking out new tricks.
Estaba sin patinar y pasaron como 2 meses debido a lesion de ligamentos en la rodilla
Los ligamentos los tenia debil e inflamados y me dolia la rodilla.
durante este tiempo trate de hacer ejercicio suaves y creo que me a funcionado
E regresado a patinar para ver que tan fuerte tengo la rodilla ya que me a dejado de doler y veo mejora.
¿hacer skate a los 30? creo que puedo seguir patinando si entreno y >me alimento bien.
en fin no creo dejar el deporte buscare la manera de seguir en el >skate y mejorar lo basico antes de sacar nuevos trucos.
