An achievement for the family : Presentation of my brother's Final Examination

Hola hola que tal amigos bienvenidos a un nuevo post , en esta oportunidad les hablaré sobre lo importante que es el amor y el apoyo de mamá y también les mostrare la nueva meta que alcanzó mi hermano, espero les guste mucho así que quédense hasta el final para disfrutar del contenido.

Hello hello friends welcome to a new post, this time I will talk about how important is the love and support of mom and also I will show you the new goal that my brother reached,

Mi hermano tiene 22 años ,es un hombre totalmente maravilloso al cual admiro mucho ,hoy fue el proyecto final de la carrera que cursa: gastronomía culinaria y es un placer para mí compartir con ustedes toda mi experiencia en ese gran evento ,pero primero deseo hablarles un poco lo orgullosas que estamos ahora mi mamá y yo del él y también la dura y larga trayectoria que ha tenido que recorrer para llegar a donde está hoy en día ,es más en el vídeo que coloque por acá pueden apreciar el gran avance que mi hermano ha tenido en los últimos tiempos.Toda está pasión por las artes culinarias empezó en el 2015 así que el realizo un curso de pastelería y al mismo tiempo estudio tecnologías de alimentos,sin embargo sólo logró culminar 4 semestre ya que en el 2017 tomó una gran decisión de irse del país ,a Colombia para ser más específico( Hermana República) por los diversos problemas económicos sociales y políticos que atravesaba Venezuela en aquel momento ( bueno todavía siguen las dificultades pero con más oportunidades desde mi punto de vista) imagínense ustedes un chico de apenas 18 años solo en un país totalmente desconocido ¿complejo,no? y sin ninguna experiencia en absolutamente nada ,puesto nunca había trabajado pero de igual forma a la familia nos tocó respetar su desicion aunque no la compartimos.

My brother is 22 years old, he is a totally wonderful man whom I admire very much, today was the final project of the career he is studying: culinary gastronomy and it is a pleasure for me to share with you all my experience in this great event, but first I want to tell you a little how proud my mom and I are now of him and also the hard and long path he has had to go through to get to where he is today, moreover in the video that I put here you can appreciate the great progress that my brother has had in recent times. All this passion for the culinary arts began in 2015 so he took a pastry course and at the same time studied food technology, however only managed to complete 4 semesters since in 2017 he made a big decision to leave the country, to Colombia to be more specific (Sister Republic) by the various social and political economic problems that Venezuela was going through at that time (well still continue the difficulties but with more opportunities from my point of view) imagine you a boy of just 18 years alone in a totally unknown country complex, no? and without any experience in absolutely nothing, since he had never worked, but the family had to respect his decision even though we did not share it.

Ufff pasaron aproximadamente 4 años donde mi hermano afrontó muchos retos , de una manera muy drástica y dura, recuerdo que el buscó trabajo en panadería, pastelería-hoteles pero lo rechazaron una y otra vez por la falta de experiencia y también por el simple hecho de ser venezolano la xenofobia está muy presente,me ponía tan triste su situación no podía hacer nada para ayudarlo y el tan lejos de mí y a tantos kilómetros de distancia, en esos años que estuvo allá no logro conseguir trabajo de su profesión así que se dispuso a realizar delivery en una bicicleta.
Tiempo después cuando regresó nuevamente a nuestro país 🇻🇪 recuerdo que hicimos de todo para salir adelante ya que no teníamos suficiente dinero ;vendimos tequeños de diferentes rellenos, tortas, helados en fin de todo para costear los gastos, luego se pudo ahorrar para que iniciará sus estudios y también empezó a trabajar en un restaurante,las cosas mejoraron un poco

Ufff passed approximately 4 years where my brother faced many challenges, in a very drastic and hard way, I remember that he looked for work in bakery, pastry-hotels but he was rejected again and again for lack of experience and also for the simple fact of being Venezuelan xenophobia is very present, it made me so sad his situation I could not do anything to help him and he was so far away from me and so many miles away, in those years he was there he could not get work in his profession so he set out to make delivery on a bicycle.
Some time later when he returned again to our country 🇻🇪 I remember that we did everything to get ahead because we did not have enough money, we sold tequeños of different fillings, cakes, ice cream, everything to cover the expenses, then we could save to start his studies and he also started working in a restaurant, things improved a little bit.

Como les decía en el texto anterior hoy es su proyecto Final para poder obtener el título como sub chef de comida internacional y mientras estoy allí sentada pasan por mi mente imágenes relacionadas al esfuerzo tanto de mi hermano Yahn como de mi mamá para llegar a este nivel, tantas necesidades que pasamos y dificultades , estamos muy contenta de este logro y por acá les dejo las fotografías de esta lindo día donde mi hermano preparó platos como Porchetta di Roma con raviolis y baby ribs de cordero en cama de risotto de tómate seco entre otros más.

As I said in the previous text, today is his final project to obtain the title of international food sous chef and while I'm sitting there images go through my mind related to the effort of both my brother Yahn and my mom to reach this level, so many needs we went through and difficulties, we are very happy with this achievement and here are the pictures of this beautiful day where my brother prepared dishes like Porchetta di Roma with ravioli and baby lamb ribs on a bed of dried tomato risotto among others.

Quiero finalizar este post diciendo una vez más que no me cabe el orgullo y también es un recordatorio para que vean que si se pueden cumplir los sueños con perseverancia y por supuesto con todo el amor y disposición de mamá y la familia (pilar fundamental para las vida de nosotros dos)

I want to end this post by saying once again that I can't be proud and it is also a reminder for you to see that you can fulfill your dreams with perseverance and of course with all the love and disposition of mom and family (fundamental pillar for the life of both of us).
