Excelente comienzo de semana mi gente linda de FULLDEPORTES, y en esta ocasión quiero compartir con la comunidad algunas curiosidades en cuanto a un deporte que sencillamente me tiene cautivado, ya que es un excelente complemento en mis rutinas de ejercicio fisco, este deporte no es otro que el Frontón Peruano.

Excellent start of the week my beautiful people of FULLDEPORTES, and this time I want to share with the community some curiosities about a sport that simply has captivated me, as it is an excellent complement to my exercise routines fisco, this sport is none other than the Peruvian Fronton.

Una de las primeras curiosidades, es que a este deporte también se le conoce como “PALETA FRONTON” , de allí a que no te parezca extraño en las publicidades de los torneos, que sea citado de esta manera. Otra curiosidad super interesante, es la asociada al uso de la bola Negra, la cual es una bola de producción nacional, es decir, se fabrica en el Perú, lo que la da un toque más autóctono a este deporte. Vale destacar que tuve la oportunidad de interactuar con el joven atleta Oscar Vásquez, quien de forma muy amable nos explica las características de esta bola, así como el proceso de llenado:

One of the first curiosities is that this sport is also known as "PALETA FRONTON", hence it does not seem strange to you in the advertisements of the tournaments, which is cited in this way. Another super interesting curiosity is associated with the use of the Black ball, which is a ball of national production, that is, it is manufactured in Peru, which gives it a more native touch to this sport. It is worth mentioning that I had the opportunity to interact with the young athlete Oscar Vasquez, who very kindly explained the characteristics of this ball, as well as the filling process:

Es interesante este detalle: el diámetro de la bola debe oscilar entre los “73 mm a 74 mm”. Así que si estas interesado en comprar una de estas bolas, ten esto presente, y al mismo tiempo es importante consultar si ofrecen servicio de llenado de la bola en cuestión, porque el mismo no es nada fácil, a partes de que puedes correr el riesgo de malograr la bola si lo intentas. Ya para cerrar con este tema de las curiosidades en torno al Frontón Peruano, tenemos que también existe el “Frontón de Dobles”, como se aprecia en la imagen:

Los equipos de la imagen 03 se diferencian por los círculos rojo y azul. En esta modalidad, el equipo que gana el punto consigue el derecho de servir la bola. No es obligatorio que entre los jugadores de un mismo equipo se distribuyan los turnos, es decir, un mismo jugador puede golpear la bola cuantas veces sea necesario.
