Cobertura del IRT in Memoriam MF César Quiñonez: ajedrez a ritmo clásico (Esp-Eng)

Hola a todos mis amigos de FullDeportes, en esta ocasión tuve el honor de ser invitado para realizar la Cobertura del IRT in Memoriam MF César Quiños, un torneo a ritmo clásico que se celebró en la hermosa ciudad blanca de Arequipa- Perú, desde el jueves 08 de septiembre hasta el domingo 11 de septiembre, al cual asistieron importantes jugadores, entre los que destaca el MF Flavio González, la atleta Flor Zárate de la región de Trujillo y Mels Cerhuayo proveniente de Lima, la capital Peruana.

Hello to all my friends of FullDeportes, this time I had the honor of being invited to cover the IRT in Memoriam MF César Quiños, a tournament at classic rhythm that was held in the beautiful white city of Arequipa-Peru, from Thursday September 8 to Sunday September 11, which was attended by important players, among them MF Flavio González, the athlete Flor Zárate from the region of Trujillo and Mels Cerhuayo from Lima, the Peruvian capital.

A la derecha tenemos al maestro Edwin Condori presidente del Club Néstor Roldán Jr. , quien fue la persona que tuvo la iniciativa para hacer realidad este importante evento de ajedrez. También importante el apoyo de los representantes de los niños Rafael Moscoso, Ponce Dario y Hugo Huamani, a continuación, unas capturas de los momentos de su participación:

Un torneo cerrado que busca como objetivo principal mantener activo a los jugadores más experimentados y beneficiar a los más pequeños con este tipo experiencias, para los compromisos de carácter nacional e internacional que se avecinan.

A closed tournament whose main objective is to keep the most experienced players active and to benefit the younger players with this type of experience, for the upcoming national and international commitments.

Acerca las entrevistas realizadas About the interviews conducted

En primera instancia se entrevistó al árbitro regional César Valenzuela, el nos explicó las características principales del torneo en cuanto a controles de tiempo y los invitados presentes en el mismo.

First of all, we interviewed the regional referee César Valenzuela, who explained the main characteristics of the tournament in terms of time controls and the guests present at the tournament.

Vale destacar que un Torneo IRT (International Rating Tournament) es aquel donde se opta por ELO, por lo que en eventos así de esta envergadura es importante que todos los detalles estén claros. En ese sentido, César Valenzuela nos da una excelente explicación de los sistemas de desempate a implementar, entre los que resalta el “Enfrentamiento Directo” y el “Sonneborn Berger”. En torno a estos aspectos técnicos del arbitraje vale citar la publicación que nos compartiera el amigo @tony1294:

It should be noted that an IRT Tournament (International Rating Tournament) is one where ELO is chosen, so in events of this magnitude it is important that all the details are clear. In this sense, César Valenzuela gives us an excellent explanation of the tie-breaking systems to be implemented, among which the "Enfrentamiento Directo" and the "Sonneborn Berger" stand out. Regarding these technical aspects of arbitration, it is worth mentioning the publication shared by our friend @tony1294:

Por otro lado, fue una experiencia bastante interesante entrevistar a los protagonistas de una partida justo después que esta finalizara. Es así como compartimos unos minutos con la maestra Flor Zárate:

On the other hand, it was quite an interesting experience to interview the protagonists of a game right after it ended. This is how we shared a few minutes with the teacher Flor Zarate:

Ella nos deja un bonito mensaje sobre lo importante de la persistencia en el ajedrez para alcanzar los resultados que nos propongamos, indicando que no se trata de ganar hoy, sino de ir acumulando experiencias, aprender de nuestros errores, para hacer un buen ajedrez en el futuro. Finalmente, esta ronda de entrevistas terminó con la interacción con el pequeño Rafael Moscoso:

She leaves us a nice message about the importance of persistence in chess to achieve the results that we propose, indicating that it is not about winning today, but about accumulating experiences, learning from our mistakes, to make a good chess in the future. Finally, this round of interviews ended with the interaction with little Rafael Moscoso:

El pequeño Rafael Moscoso nos cuenta un poco sobre su ritmo de entrenamiento, y es interesante como primero enaltece el hecho de cumplir con las responsabilidades escolares. Es de admirar sin lugar a dudas la madurez de estos niños.

Little Rafael Moscoso tells us a little about his training rhythm, and it is interesting how he first praises the fact of fulfilling school responsibilities. It is undoubtedly admirable the maturity of these children.

La partida más emocionante desde mi percepción-The most exciting game from my perception

Muchas fueron las partidas disputadas en este torneo, y estoy seguro que cada una de ellas devela la belleza del ajedrez. Pero era necesario escoger una. Por eso selecciono la partida disputada por Rafael Moscoso y Flor Zárate, por lo admirable como esta joven en medio de la presión del tiempo condujo la posición de la mejor manera, a continuación uno de los momentos más críticos:

Many were the games played in this tournament, and I am sure that each one of them reveals the beauty of chess. But it was necessary to choose one. That is why I select the game played by Rafael Moscoso and Flor Zarate, because of the admirable way in which this young lady, in the midst of the time pressure, conducted the position in the best way, then one of the most critical moments:

La maestra Flor Zárate conduce las piezas negras, y realiza la precisa jugada Cb5 con la que mantiene la igualdad en la posición, pese a que las negras tienen un peón de menos. En el recurso audiovisual entrevistamos a los protagonistas de esta partida, en la que se termina imponiendo Flor Zárate, a continuación una captura de este momento:
