Another great day to be ALIVE :)
What I found about these vlogs is it helps me keep my mind busy even though that I'm rambling and with a mini panic attack on my back mind, it helped me calm down..
Don't worry, fortunately managed to control it right away.
Negative thoughts and very dark fears sometimes do that...
That's a sign that you are Alive and it's your choice to control them!
