Con el WinterOS instale el Steam como pudieron ver en mi anterior post, ahora quiero recuperar algunos juegos que tenía instalado y para eso es este video en español donde voy explicando cómo es el proceso para recuperar nuestros juegos y ahorrarnos todo el proceso de descarga.

1ero debemos tener la carpeta del juego previamente copiada en algún dispositivo de almacenamiento si nunca has hecho esto es bueno que lo hagas y tengas esa carpeta, es bastante útil su aun no la tienes puedes buscarla, por defecto se almacena en C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps \common también la puede copiar de algún amigo u otro computador que tenga el juego que desees instalar. Esto es súper útil porque también puedes instalar un juego que incluso nunca ha estado en tu biblioteca de juegos, puede ser algún juego que te recomendó un amigo solo tienes ubicar la carpeta copiarla y seguir los pasos.

2do es preferible tener un espacio dedicado para los juegos puede ser o una unidad o carpeta aparte como prefieras. Para eso te vas en el programa de Steam – Parametro – Descargas – Carpetas de biblioteca de Stem y creas una ubicación allí seleccionas la unidad en la que quieras que se cree la librería, es preferible que siempre la coloque como predeterminada así a la hora de seguir instalando juegos esta siempre aparecerá de primera opción.

3ero busca el juego que quieras descargar por Steam lo seleccionas y luego que inicie la descarga pausa y cierras el programa de Steam por completo. Ojo el programa Steam debe estar completamente cerrado.

4to Reemplaza la carpeta del juego en la librería con todo su contenido.

Y por último abre Steam en la parte de biblioteca y busca el juego si este ya estaba actualizado te saldrá de inmediato el botón jugar y listo a disfrutar.
