Cómo lo dije la semana pasada, intentaré acudir al llamado semanal del Openmic... Ha sido un largo tiempo sin traer hasta acá otra de mis canciones y estoy sumamente emocionado de poder volver a compartir con ustedes esta nueva composición. Aprovecho esta ocasión dado que la dinámica de esta semana #161 del Openmic es sobre canciones originales y sinceramente recordé mucho aquellos años en dónde cada semana trabajaba en una canción nueva para compartirla justamente en este icónico concierto virtual.

It's been a long time since I've brought you another of my songs and I'm very excited to be able to share with you this new composition. I take this opportunity since the dynamics of this week #161 of Openmic is about original songs and I sincerely remembered those years where every week I worked on a new song to share it in this iconic virtual concert.}

Espero poder seguir creando canciones nuevas y de esa forma seguir trabajando en ofrecerles un viaje de emociones. Esta canción la empecé a escribir en diciembre del año pasado y que por alguna razón no la había terminado, le faltaba una estrofa más, un coro. En fin, solo tenía la idea y de hecho cuando tengo una nueva idea casi siempre la comparto con @elisonr13 para saber su opinión respeto a la composición o melodía. En cierta forma nos apoyamos así. Aunque debo confesar que hasta eso hemos dejado de compartir por diferentes motivos que no hablaré en esta ocasión.

^{I hope to be able to keep creating new songs and in that way keep working on offering you a journey of emotions. I started writing this song in December of last year and for some reason I had not finished it, it was missing one more verse, a chorus. Anyway, I just had the idea and in fact when I have a new idea I almost always share it with @elisonr13 to know his opinion about the composition or melody. In a way we support each other like that. Although I must confess that even that we have stopped sharing for different reasons that I won't talk about this time.}

La canción expresa aquel sentimiento que muchísimas veces ocultamos por orgullo, que nos consume por dentro y es capaz de desgastarnos solo por no querer luchar por lo que queremos. Quise demostrar que muchas veces nos ocultamos en una mentira para creer que estamos bien y es todo lo contrario, estamos muriendo por dentro. Sí, el amor como sabemos nos puede dar alegría, pero cuando ese amor no es correspondido nos lastima aun cuando sabemos que no nos corresponde. Aquí es donde resalta el dicho "en el corazón no se manda"

^{The song expresses that feeling that many times we hide because of pride, that consumes us inside and is capable of wearing us down just for not wanting to fight for what we want. I wanted to show that many times we hide in a lie to believe that we are well and it is the opposite, we are dying inside. Yes, love as we know can give us joy, but when that love is not reciprocated it hurts us even when we know that it does not correspond to us. This is where the saying "the heart is not in charge" stands out.}

Me alegra mucho volver a la escena musical de Hive y más aún, con una canción de mi autoría. Aún intento nuevamente agarrar el ritmo que me caracterizaba y sé que con la disciplina y constancia que he adquirido en la blockchain, volveré hacer musical como me gusta. Por ahora, solo espero que puedan disfrutar de esta suave melodía.
