Buscando la fluidez

Hoy les traigo un video que, aunque en el título suene como una rutina, en realidad se trata de mi proceso de mejorar la fluidez de los pocos trucos que tengo Estuve enfocándome en pulir algunos de mis trucos y también en técnicas estáticas. Quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecer a @Henrysw, quien me ha estado entrenando y apoyando para lograr mis primeros segundos en el front lever La verdad es que estaba bastante frustrado al principio pero finalmente logré hacer mi primer front lever No fue perfecto, pero la alegría que sentí fue increíble y me dejó con muchas ganas de seguir mejorando. Estoy convencido de que con más práctica y dedicación podré hacerlo aún mejor. Espero que disfruten el video
