Hoy decidí salir de casa nuevamente para experimentar hacer ejercicio de manera libre, esto quiere decir sin estar encerrado jajaja (risas), hoy le dije a mi esposa @marianis vamos a dejar a los bebés con los abuelos y nos vamos tu y yo a ejercitarnos un rato en el parque Guayquery.

Today I decided to leave home again to experience exercising in a free way, this means without being locked up hahaha (laughs), today I told my wife @marianis let's leave the babies with the grandparents and you and I are going to exercise for a while in the Guayquery park.

La entrada del parque es muy bonita pues están recuperandolo de a poco, pues estaba en muy mal estado y ahora su vegetación empieza a florecer y lo hace ver muy bonito, es un pulmón natural en el medio de esta pequeña ciudad, así que me dije aparte de venir a caminar y trotar un trato voy a elaborar una rutina aeróbica para mi gente especial de @Hive y @fulldeportes.

The entrance of the park is very nice because they are recovering it little by little, because it was in very bad shape and now its vegetation is starting to bloom and makes it look very nice, it is a natural lung in the middle of this small city, so I said to myself besides coming to walk and jog a treat I am going to elaborate an aerobic routine for my special people from @Hive and @fulldeportes.
