    Los días lluviosos volvieron a mi ciudad, hoy de hecho no pude asistir al gimnasio ya que me movilizo en motocicleta, así que opte por un circuito de cardio en mi casa, normalmente los realizo antes de entrenar con pesas pero hoy fue todo mi entrenamiento. Aún requiero bajar mi porcentaje de grasa, el cardio si o si debe formar parte de mi rutina semanal, aunque sinceramente me aburre igual que el momento de entrenar abdomen.

I still need to lower my fat percentage, so cardio should be part of my weekly routine, but honestly it bores me just like the time to train my abdomen.

    Venia trabajando con sets, pero hoy volvemos a los circuitos ya que es la mejor forma de quemar calorias, la clave sera mantener el cuerpo en movimiento, no tomar tiempos de descanso entre ejercicios, solo hasta finalizar un circuito y vamos a intentar que no supere los 3 minutos. Son variaciones sencillas pero que seran efectivas cumpliendo con los lapsos de tiempo establecidos.

    I was working with sets, but today we return to the circuits as it is the best way to burn calories, the key will be to keep the body moving, do not take rest times between exercises, only until the end of a circuit and we will try not to exceed 3 minutes.     Cada ejercicio se realiza durante un minuto, algo importante seria contraer el abdomen mientras hacemos los movimientos, en caso de agotar los brazos intenta tomar un break pero manteniendo el torte en el sitio (suponiendo que sucede en los primeros dos ejercicios).

    Each exercise is performed for one minute, something important would be to contract the abdomen while doing the movements, in case of exhausting the arms try to take a break but keeping the torte in place (assuming that happens in the first two exercises).
