    ¡Hey gente de full deportes!, estuve unos dias fuera de casa recorriendo un par de sitios en mi ciudad en motocicleta, desde que llegue he pasado por una gripe extraña que realmente espero no sea COVID, por ahora lidio con el dolor de huesos, malestar y fiebre... Aunque esto ultimo lo he ido superando a lo largo de estos dos dias, de hecho hoy tuve animos de hacer algo de ejercicio porque no quiero echarme a la cama, siento que me enfermare mas si paso todo el dia asi.

    Organice un circuito de 5 ejercicios para repetir al menos 3 veces, enfocandome en trabajar las piernas y hacer algo de cardio, preferiria en este momento re integrarme a entrenar en el gimnasio, entrenar con peso y ser mas constante, pero mientras siga enfermo no voy a poder hacerlo, decidí aislarme unos días, estoy optimista con el hecho de que no es mas que una gripe comun y que me pasara antes de terminar la semana, pero por las dudas prefiero prevenir.

    Seguire entrenando en la medida de lo posible, hoy me senti muy bien luego de sudar por una hora en la tarde haciendo ejercicio, pero si por alguna razon me empiezo a sentir peor tendre que dejarlo y descansar de pleno por un par de dias, eso de que "sudar ayuda a combatir el resfriado" es un mito, por el contrario, segun google y expertos puede hacer que se prolongue por mas tiempo.
