    Esta vez solo vamos a trabajar con el peso de nuestro cuerpo, nada de bastones o mancuernas caseras, unicamente nosotros moviendonos de forma constante y haciendo contracción de abdomen, tenia algunas semanas sin realizar una rutina como esta, basicamente lo que buscamos es perder perso, quemar energías y para ello vamos a trabajar este circuito un total de tres veces, te garantizó que terminaras agotado después de hacer todo al pie de la letra.

    Se supone que queremos eliminar grasa localizada, lo que es mi complicado realmente, aunque aún así vamos a intentarlo añadiendo variantes que creen impacto en la zona baja de nuestro abdomen, importante para mi trabajar los oblicuos pues es la zona donde por genetica tiendo a ganar un mayor porcentaje de grasa, realmente me gustaría reducir un poco el volumen en dicha zona... Aunque mi objetivo principal justo ahora es mejorar mi cardio para una caminata de más de 80 kilometros que hare al principio del mes de Agosto.

    Trata de no tomar descansos entre ejercicios, lo normal es tomar unos cuantos minutos luego de acabar el set entero, en caso tal de que realmente sea necesaria una pausa hazlo de forma gradual, ve dejando de moverte poco a poco, puedes hacer un pequeño trote en el sitio por ejemplo e intentar manejar correctamente la respiración para poder continuar sin detenerte completamente.
