    Hoy la rutina estara enfocada a trabajar el tronco superior, es decir que no tocaremos ningún grupo muscular de las piernas, utilice de nuevo el bastón y dos envases de agua de un litro, el entrenamiento sera de repeticiones, intentaremos subir la dificultad esta vez extendiendo ejercicios durante 1 minuto entero, pueden verse muy sencillos pero te inivito a seguir este circuito, te aseguro que el segundo set no podras soportar con facilidad el primer ejercicio.
