    Despedimos este excelente mes de febrero entrenando, por la puerta grande, han sido buenas semanas y estoy muy feliz... Del mismo modo arrancamos la semana, con toda la energía, hoy no abrio el gym pues se supone que se "celebran" los carnavales, lo que me llevo de nuevo a entrenar en casa, tocaba pectoral, mi grupo muscular favorito, he aumentando el nivel, estoy a muy poco de lograr levantar en banco plano mi antiguo peso maximo (95kg).

    En definitiva no hay un bloque horario donde el gym este relativamente vacio, creo que es mejor buscar otro donde pueda grabar comodamente, pues realmente me gustaría subir rutinas allí, pero mientras eso sucede seguire haciendo algunos circuitos en casa, de momento la meta sigue siendo tonificar, en las ultimas tres semanas he perdido poco más de un kilogramo, mi intención no es perder mucho peso, quiero pasar de 82kg a 76 - 77kg intentando reducir el porcentaje de grasa lo más que pueda.

    Entrenar pecho es muy facil pues no necesitamos de pesas, poleas o maquinas, podemos entrenar en el suelo y utilizando el peso de nuestro cuerpo... Si ya hemos dominado por completo dicho peso, puedes ser creativo y utilizar cosas que esten en casa para aumentar la dificultad de los ejercicios, como un bolso por ejemplo.
