    ¡Hey gente de hive!, he estado alejado, tuve algunos días complicados que me han impedido publicar con constancia, hoy vengo con una rutina de cardio para eliminar esa grasita de más que nos impide mantenernos en la talla M 😂, existen muchas variaciones que podemos realizar con un simple bastón, hoy traigo cuatro nuevos ejercicios para activar el cuerpo y quemar energías, en mi caso utilizo en palo de una escoba.

    Trabajaremos con circuitos, es decir que haremos los ejercicios que muestro en el video de forma constante durante un set completo, la idea es no detenerse hasta culminar un circuito completo, podemos tomar un break entre sets aunque debemos intentar no excedernos más de 4 minutos, de hecho una buena opción seria mantener un trote suave en el sitio durante ese tiempo de descanso e intentar controlar la respiración para proseguir.

    Puedes realizar esta rutina como un estiramiento antes de un entrenamiento con pesas, de hecho en este momento utilizo estas rutinas unicamente para eso... Llegar a gym preparado para armar los bancos y trabajar con cargas pesadas.
