    Hoy vamos a trabajar con repeticiones, vamos a enfocar la rutina al tronco superior, con estas variaciones ejercitaremos los brazos en general, intentaremos siempre cumplir con el número de repeticiones que se establece para cada set, podemos tomar descansos más extensos con este tipo de entrenamiento, lo importante es ejecutar correctamente cada postura, una buena tecnica sera el factor clave para obtener los resultados deseados.

    Los últimos dos ejercicios los haremos en circuito, y seran "la cereza del pastel" de la rutina, ejercicios de bajo impacto para relajar los pectorales y brazos en general, en este punto del entrenamiento si que es importante no tomar descansos entre los ejercicios y si es posible ejecutarlos al menos 2 series, esto para culminar con broche de oro, si consideras que esta rutina esta muy por debajo de tu nivel puedes jugar con las repeciones a tu gusto y agregar más explosividad en el movimiento.
