    Seguimos quemando calorías, con un par de mancuernas podemos hacer muchos ejercicios para la parte superior de nuestro cuerpo, en mi caso uso envases llenos de agua que seria basicamente lo mismo, para rutinas de cardio lo ideal es trabajar con cargas livianas y muchas repeticiones, queremos adelgazar, perder peso y tonificar nuestros musculos, aunque yo no te recomendaria solo hacer cardio, una buena rutina de pesas o de barras fijas es clave para lograr el cuerpo que queremos.

    Si sientes que la rutina es pan comido lo mejor seria aumentar el número de repeticiones, recuerda añadir explosividad a los ejercicios, que realmente sientas que los musculos estan trabajando.

    If you feel that the routine is a piece of cake it would be best to increase the number of repetitions, remember to add explosiveness to the exercises, that you really feel that the muscles are working.
