    Siguen los cortes electricos, por lo que el editar y subir videos diario ha sido complicado, pero aquí estoy, intentando ser tan constante como siempre, vengo con una rutina de piernas, esta vez añadi el bastón que sera util para el tema del equilibrio, más allá de eso no tiene ningún otro factor positivo en esta rutina pues no tienen ningún tipo de peso extra que aumente la eficacia de los ejercicios.

    Hay muchas variaciones de sentadillas para trabajar piernas, algunas son muy sencillas a tal punto que pueden ejecutarse por una persona que no haga ejercicio de forma frecuente... Ideal para quienes quieren empezar a entrenar de hecho, al inicio siempre es bueno adaptar los musculos con aerobicos como los que he mostrado en videos anteriores y por supuesto con esta rutina de piernas.

    Haremos 4 sets con el menor tiempo posible de descanso entre cada uno, y con nada de break entre ejercicio, debemos hacer todo sin parar, sabemos que esta funcionando la rutina en el ultimo ejercicio, cuando hacer el isometrico se vuelve un verdadero reto, en esta posición debemos intentar lograr mantenernos 45 segundos.
