Greetings to the entire #hiveopenmic community, once again I present myself to you with great emotion and wanting to express the music that unites us, I loved the theme for this #week 152 traditional music, one of the first musical genres that I started to interpret with the saxophone was music from the Venezuelan musical group Los Antaños del Stadium, a group from the 40s that kept alive the music that was in fashion in the 1920s, the Venezuelan merengue that sounded in Caracas at that time, its name is due to the fact that This group animated the baseball games of the "Cerveza Caracas", the theme that I present to you in the audiovisual material is called "Carmen, the one who was 16 years old", an icon theme of this group and that is still performed at patron saint festivities in different towns from Venezuela.

un saludo a toda la comunidad de #hiveopenmic, una vez mas me presento ante ustedes con mucha emocion y con ganas de expresar la musica que nos une, me encanto la tematica para esta #week 152 musica tradicional unos de los primeros generos musicales que comence a interpretar con el saxofon fue musica da la agrupacion musical venezolana los Antaños del Stadium agrupacion de los años 40 que mantuvo viva la musica que estaba de moda en los años 1920 el merengue venezolano que sonaba en caracas en aquella epoca su nombre se debe a que esta agrupacion animaba los juegos de beisbol de la "Cerveza Caracas", el tema que les presento en el material audiovisual se llama "Carmen la que contaba 16 años" tema icono de esta agrupacion y que aun es interpretado en fiestas de patronales de diferentes pueblos de Venezula.
