Una de nuestras recetas favoritas para los almuerzos familiares de los domingos, ésta se prepara a base de una mezcla de maíz 🌽 como lo conocemos aquí, un cereal que tenemos la dicha de encontrar en nuestro estado Monagas en Venezuela, y que además, es la base con la que también se preparan las arepas, bollos de maíz tierno, tortas de maíz, entre otras exquisitas recetas.
