Sin duda, las cremas añaden increíbles texturas y sabores a nuestros postres, hacen que disfrutemos más de ellos. Por eso, la receta de hoy se trata de una deliciosa:
Una crema de origen francés, elaborada por primera vez por accidente, en el año 1671 en el Castillo de Chantilly donde se preparaba un gran banquete. Su creador fue François Vatel.
Una crema para batir saborizada y aromatizada que se utiliza para decorar postres, helados y bebidas. Entre sus características resalta la textura tan suave y sublime de esta crema.
Sumado a esto, saborizar con queso crema, sin duda nos hace querer descubrir estos sabores en muchísimos de nuestros postres favoritos. ¿Se imaginan decorar postres con esta crema y añadirle frutas? ¿Ustedes qué postres decorarían con esta receta?

Without a doubt, creams add incredible textures and flavors to our desserts, they make us enjoy them more. That's why today's recipe is all about a delicious:
A cream of French origin, made for the first time by accident, in the year 1671 at the Château de Chantilly where a great banquet was being prepared. Its creator was François Vatel.
A flavored and flavored whipping cream used to decorate desserts, ice creams and drinks. Among its characteristics, the soft and sublime texture of this cream stands out.

200 Gr Azúcar Glass | 200 Gr Glass Sugar |
250 Gr Queso Crema | 250 Gr Cream Cheese |
40 Gr Esencia de Vainilla Blanca | 40 Gr White Vanilla Essence |
