Hive Open Mic Week 134 | Freedom/Libertad | An Original Piece by DrStrings | ENG/ESP

Hey Musicians! 🤩❤️

How's everyone doing today? I hope you all are doing well. Beautiful day we've got on our hands isn't it? We thank God.

So this week's theme is Perdón which means 'forgiveness.' I'm so excited about my entry this week because it's an original piece that I took time in mixing. It's been a while I popped out my DAW (FL Studio) to actually try and produce music. In times past, it was my everyday hobby. It all started in 2020 during the heat of the pandemic and lockdown when I was still in secondary school.

I began to stop making music last about last year and have scarcely produced any song this year. This one is my first in a while and although I've written lyrics for it, I decided to post just the instrumental here. I call it Freedom. This is actually my first time of recording a guitar on FL Studio. I don't have a microphone so it all just sounds messy.

¿Cómo están todos hoy? Espero que todos ustedes esten bien. Hermoso día que tenemos en nuestras manos, ¿no es así? Agradecemos a Dios.

Así que el tema de esta semana es Perdón que significa 'perdón'. Estoy muy emocionada con mi entrada de esta semana porque es una pieza original que me tomó tiempo mezclar. Hace tiempo que saqué mi DAW (FL Studio) para intentar producir música. En tiempos pasados, era mi pasatiempo diario. Todo comenzó en 2020 durante el calor de la pandemia y el encierro cuando todavía estaba en la escuela secundaria.

Empecé a dejar de hacer música el año pasado y apenas he producido ninguna canción este año. Este es el primero en mucho tiempo y, aunque he escrito letras para él, decidí publicar solo el instrumental aquí. Lo llamo Libertad. En realidad, esta es la primera vez que grabo una guitarra en FL Studio. No tengo un micrófono, así que todo suena desordenado.
