It took 6 months to lose all those kilos I finally left behind.
Trained 4 days a week, combining these exercises with some running with empty stomach.
For two rounds of these exercises you won't need more than 10 minutes a day.
Currently and since I have improved my physical form a lot since then, I have expanded and hardened this exercise table, but I assure you that you will do great with those simple exercises.
