Lessons from the Garden: Take care of your workers!

I've always had the mindset of taking care of your people you work with! No matter what, honor the people who are working alongside you. It helps boost morale, keeps your team united and lets people know you love and appreciate them.

Well, if you have the money - maybe you've hired some gardeners or landscape architects? But me? Nope. If you remember, I showed you my sweet little workers!

My wormies! hehehe

500 or so worms, all named Vern LOL

-And when they are happy - they make babies. Which are more workers for you!

-And when they are eating - they make poops! Which is all the food that plants go CRAZY for!!!

So - provide a happy home with lots of good food - and they will

1. double, double, double and double! LOL

2. make more worm castings than you know what to do with

And their happy = your happy!

Want to see how easy it is to build a worm farm? It's seriously SO easy. They eat for free (the veggie scraps you would throw away) and produce the highest quality natural fertilizer for free!!! Have fun with worms and watch your garden THRIVE!!!
